Linda KThere was a mix up on Storage King's end of not accepting our reservation for 8am pick up, so it ended up defaulting to 9:30am. Huge inconvenience, but Adrian ended up being able to get us the truck around 8:50am. So wasted time there and some miscommunication. The back of the truck had a back brace someone left and some leaves but good experience with Uhaul overall. Just a little frustration in the beginning with Storage King.

Joseph BThe pick up location was fine. Friendly counter people, and help ful in saving me money. When I left the pickup location, I noticed the truck was turning strangely, but I thought it was because I'm not use the driving a truck. I loaded the truck in Melbourne and when I was getting ready to go, I noticed the front driver tire seemed low and close to flat. I decided to drive back to the pick up location, and was told to drive to the location on Dixie Ln. I questioned if the truck was inspected prior to pick up and was assured that it was maintained. However honestly I seriously question that. When I arrive to the Dixie Lane location I went inside was waiting on a young man to help another customer from a back room area I could hear a female talking on the phone with every other word being "fuck". It really didn't bother me however I thought it was quite unprofessional. I told the young man at the counter my problem he went out to check the tire. He had no idea how much air pressure was supposed to be in the tire, so I simply opened up the driver door and saw the label that said 80 lb, he checked in said it was 30 lb I requested he put air into it and he really didn't know how to use the air machine and struggled getting a proper fitting to put air into the tire. He complained about the shitty equipment and eventually said he got 80 lb of air into the tire. At the drop off location on international speedway in Daytona, I explained to them the tire issue they checked it in the tire was at about 70 lb. I feel that if I had not have gone by the Dixie location to get the tire checked and air put into it I could have potentially had a serious problem there's no way that the truck was inspected prior to my pick up. I personally feel this whole situation is unacceptable and the lack of professionalism at a so-called hub is ridiculous. Not to mention the overall potential for injury to myself and my property. Elwood NInside of cab was nasty. Had an issue with a broken seal noticed the leak in our driveway after truck was loaded called for assistance guy came out said truck would have to go to shop so stayed in our driveway until day to return

Lee DNothing, all was good. Although, when I made the reservation on my phone to the 800 number I was told straps were included. They weren't. None the less the attendant was pleasant and was of great help. He even offered us water for the trip. Great experience!

Lilia FThe man was certainly pleasant at first but when there was a problem (the dolly and blankets didn't fit on the truck) he said I could not return them at his location. He offered no help with how to return them saying only they belong in Manchester NH. I had to put the items in storage until I called the Manchester NH location and they resolved the situation. A friendly smile was offered upon paying for the initial truck then you're on your own. I'm just glad there were no problems on the road.
DARLENE LAfter Penske gave us the run around and wasted our time, it was a pleasure to finally rent a truck from people who know what they are doing ! Thank you U-Haul, I will be back when I need a truck again.

David YThey were not able to make any adjustments to reservation. It has to be done off-site. Rep did not even look at driver's license, only mine as the payer. The person driving the U Haul was not even asked for his driver's license!
