There was trash behind the seats. The truck was not parked where pictured, I had to walk around to look for it. Found it nowhere near where it was supposed to be parked against tree limbs. Fuel was marked higher than what was actually in the tank. And I didn’t order a dolly or pads, so I had to work around that and lose space that I paid for.

Michael DThe equipment was available on the date and time requested. Online check-in and check-out were extremely easy and fast. Equipment very clean. Only comment is that during the check in process many sales of additional items were presented before able to finish the check-in process. This was a little frustrating. Desk associate very friendly and accommodative.
