The gentleman who took care of me during my pick up time is the golden standard of excellent customer service. By far the best interaction I have ever had with a person working in any environment. Please give him recognition and a shout out. He made sure I was safe to drive, checked all my equipment, hooked up my trailer, made the check out process easy, and offered me water. All with a bright smile on his face.
