Hired moving help to move our bussiness. Crew that showed up on the Perry end arrived on site yelling out my name asking why I did not pick up my phone. They had the wrong number. They then proceeded to ask me for a tip at least 5 times during the job. While driving to the drop off location I got multiple calls from the help hired to offload. They had multiple jobs that day are we’re unsure if they could time it right. We arrived and started to offload. The crew contacted me at 4 pm stating their truck broke down and would not make it. I am now receiving emails from Uhaul saying I should release the pay code to the team or my card will be charged. Why do I as the customer have to spend hours on the phone to coordinate a non payment for a crew that never showed

Don't rent car trailers to people if you can't hook them up. Was told to go to U-Haul to verify attachment and then got charged the extra mileage to go.
Dylan FThere was trash behind the seats. The truck was not parked where pictured, I had to walk around to look for it. Found it nowhere near where it was supposed to be parked against tree limbs. Fuel was marked higher than what was actually in the tank. And I didn’t order a dolly or pads, so I had to work around that and lose space that I paid for.

Michael DThe equipment was available on the date and time requested. Online check-in and check-out were extremely easy and fast. Equipment very clean. Only comment is that during the check in process many sales of additional items were presented before able to finish the check-in process. This was a little frustrating. Desk associate very friendly and accommodative.
