New modern equipment
howard jAdrienne and the crew at storage king are by far the best to rent hauls from and storage units as well. Its not even close compared with other locations.
Jaime LI needed to rent a 15Fft truck about 45 minutes before closing time. Initially, I asked for a 10ft truck and they processed that reservation. I called back and asked if it could be changed to a 15 footer and they said "no problem and they made that reservation change. When I showed up for the pick up of the truck it was all ready as promised. It was in excellent condition mechanically, no obvious damage to the exterior and it was very clean in the cab and the loading area. The person taking my information and applicable documents was very efficient and courteous/friendly so I was on my way with the truck that same evening and within the last time period for picking up a vehicle. Turn in of the truck was also an efficient and pleasant process. I will definitely use and recommend this business location again.
Vincent CWhen I arrived to pick up truck the system shut down, so my move was delayed by 1 day. I wasn't offered any discounts or anything similar. Really would like one or at least half of my money back!
