The 5x8 trailer had two bald tires.Brandon M.
It had rained on the trip. When opening the back door there was water mixed with grease and from that dropped from the back door slides onto out light gray couch and stained it. Also noticed majority of our boxes we filthy, so I guess the floor of the truck was not at all clean. Was a late night of unloading, so did not notice the boxes being so filthy until the next day. The person at the pickup location was very friendly and this was an online pickup. So not sure who was responsible for the cleaning. Our family is extremely clean and now doing a bunch of cleanup after noticing all the dirty grim pulled into the house from the moving truck.Elijah R.

If the equipment is not available that was requested/ reserved then the person making the reservation should be notified so other arrangements can be made. The truck had French fries in the floor and chewed sunflower seed hulls in the cup holders. I was sent from the pick-up location to the Bearksdale U-haul store to pick up the pads and utility dolly reserved. This store didn't have the dolly. No dolly's were available in today he Shreveport/Bossier area. This cost me $120.00 in labor sitting at the storage unit waiting to load as well as put me three hours behind schedule. No a good Uhaul experience .Roger G.

The representative was rude and seemed like I was inconveniencing her. She did however help lift the trailer onto the hitch once she realized I couldn't do it myself. More notice should be given to the customer of the fact that there is no lever/jack or wheel to assist with heightening the trailer. This was problematic being that my dad has serious back problems. Uhaul went the cheap route in my opinion.Cody F.

Man took forever to check me in AND then would not come out to look at the truck with me because it was raining. I went back in and told him there was damage and he assured me it had all been documented and would be fine. - Then I had issues when I dropped it off and wanted my deposit back. The truck wouldn't go over 55 mph without shaking you to death, the bright lights did not work so i had to stop and stay at a hotel. VERY DANGEROUS and unprofessionalAshley K.

Please make sure the Lady running the front is more informed or in her case INFORMED. She did not quote us the right price for the use of the vehicle. Could not give any info on exactly what we were being charged for as it was a far cry from what she quoted us. Could not give any info on insurance. No info on bundle deals.Beth C.
PAT WAS LOVELY! SHE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY NICER BUT I HAD BEEN TOLD I HAD A 2 pm PICK UP TIME AND SHE HAD NO IDEA ANYONE HAD RESERVED TRAILER! TRAILER HAD ISSUES AND I HAD TO BUY A PLUG FOR LIGHTS AND WHAT A MESS! CHAINS WERE WAY WAY TOO LONG EVEN FOR SUBURBAN! BRAKE OIL CAP HAD BEEN TURNED BY WRENCH I GUESS AND COULD NOT BE OPENED! My husband and I had a terrible experience with using uhaul for the first time. Our reservation was moved 3 times before the date we requested. The uhaul people did try and fix that by discounting our trailer. So things seemed fine and finally confirmed. We turn in keys 30min before close but they had already closed up. So my husband put them in the box. Three days later we get a call saying we're going to be charged because they claim we didn't. My husband told them we did, he was put on hold, uhaul guy on the phone then decides to do his job and check the box and sure enough everything is fine. And everything is fine. It was almost like pulling teeth. This experience was not smooth. Felt like we were fighting uhaul the whole time.Johnny G.
The back of the truck was VERY dirty it had NOT been swept out. It had actual dirt in it and leaves and blue ticket stubs. We had to sweep it before we could use it. Another thing we noticed it did not have a very long ramp...that was a great handicap!.the customer service was great at each call..I accidentally put too much gasoline in but she would not refund the extra...I had pics of gauge and a receipt of purchase. ..another thing we only used it for 9 hours I would of thought I would receive a partial refund but again she said no...help if you can to get me some of my money back??? This particular location, located on Airline Drive( 4 miles north of 1-220 & Airline Drive ), had one older lady working. She CONTINUOUSLY coughed OPEN MOUTH .... No covering with her hand, a towel, her fist or coughing into her elbow, NONE OF THAT ( I pulled out a handkerchief and covered my mouth and nose and stood by the door that I opened. Praying that I wouldn't catch anything she had).... It was the most disgusting place to be in not because the location was nasty, she was; and her non consideration of others made it a terrible experience at that locationtorin G.
