The woman receiving the trailer refused to assist in removal. She asked where the jack she set outside was, when I said it was on the trailer she asked if I was going to get it off. When I asked if the jack came off easily after lowering it to the ground she seemed irritated and stated she would just get someone with a brain to help her.

Debra RQuality check the trailers more often the strap that went over my car was cut by a previous user. I had to use my own tool strap cut it to get the strap long enough on the car hauler.
