The people running the shops were great. The app was terrible. It wouldn't register my location so I had to depend on the shops tracking the milage correctly. I turned on my location and have it all the time access and it still wouldn't work. I also put all my license and drivers information in prior to the reservation and it still made me do it all over when I picked up the truck which was frustrating. But everything else was pretty painless and it was a nice vehicle very clean and it was safe. Thanks Uhaul!
