Walt CThe guy who helped me was very nice and up front about everything like warning me that our particular truck was due for maintenence soon so to expect some strange noises and that the check engine light was on but like why not just get me a different truck at that point? Regardless, truck was able to do it's job and was very helpful with my 100 mile move.

STEPHEN SPoor customer service- Did not explain that the cost of the van was for 24 hour period so I didn't have to rush and try to bring it back that same evening. There were also unnecessary charges for the "environment" etc... That the agent didn't even know why were charged and had no explanation and then falsely told me Broomfield tax was 10%

Antoinette HOutstanding Service and Safety Check - Truly Grateful I dropped off my U-Haul trailer at this location after a 21+ hour drive, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The attendant, Javi, immediately noticed something was wrong with my setup and took the time to inspect everything thoroughly. He discovered that the trailer ball was barely screwed in and that the only thing holding the hitch together was a tiny paper clip sized pin. He told me it was an absolute miracle I had made it even a mile, let alone across multiple states. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine concern for my safety meant a lot - especially after realizing how dangerous the situation had been. I left feeling incredibly thankful for his attention to detail and for catching what could have been a life-threatening mistake. If every U-Haul location had staff this knowledgeable and caring, customers would be a lot safer on the road. Thank you, Javi!
