Two items, both of which don't apply to this location directly but to Uhaul in general. 1. I booked online, and did not receive my 24 hour advance phone call confirmation. 2. I was unable to book the 26 foot truck that I needed for more than 24 hours. I therefore called the location to attempt to book manually and they confirmed this wasn't possible. Per the terms, if accommodations cant be made with no 24 hour advance phone call Uhaul was supposed to reimburse me $50...didnt happen. What did end up happening is I had to rent a 20ft truck Which meant an additional trip was needed which cost me time, fuel, and additional mileage.. I asked about discounting mileage due to this and they said they can't and all they could do is provide a dolly for no additional charge... I have my own so this didn't help much and wasn't used. At the very least, I think the $50 should be honored due to the inability to accommodate my online booking and lack of 24 hour notice phone call. Thank you, Landon

This is by far the best Uhaul location in the area. I have had trouble at many locations. I had originally had a Uhaul booked at another location, but the lady helping us couldn't figure out how to complete the transaction, so we left after 45 mins and booked another Uhaul. It was for a different location than perfect storage. I quickly got a call from Uhaul saying that the location I booked for didn't have the truck available, and was slightly annoyed. But they said the closest location available was storage perfect, and was quickly relieved as I have booked several Uhauls here and have had nothing but perfect experiences. They are always very quick and thourough, which is great, especially with so much going on on moving day. I don't normally post reviews, but with so many poor Uhaul locations renting trucks I felt this location blows all others away!!

I reserved a 26 foot truck weeks before my pickup date. The day before I get a call you didn't have a 26 foot truck and I would have to pickup a 20 foot truck in a different town. TERRIBLE! You must find a way to honor your commitments even if that is moving trucks around for the people who have made reservations. I will never use Uhaul again if I can avoid it. You cannot treat your customers like this!!
