There was no one at the building and no instructions on what to do. Had to call 1 800 number. The Uhaul truck sounded trouble as soon as we started it. Made it to the next big town and filled it with gas and the service engine light came on. Went to the nearest Uhaul store and was told they could not do anything had to call 1 800 number again. Was finally put in a different truck and wasted almost 4 hours of time that we where to be on the road. Had a deadline to meet and didn't make it. Never got money back for the full tank of gas that we put in the broken down uhaul.
