Suggestion on the app., it should be noted some place earlier in the process that multiple photos will be needed at drop off. This would alert the driver not to just lock up and drop the key in its location. Had I not mistaken not dropped the key, i would have made this misstep. Also, at the end, the photos of the truck should be BEFORE I submit payment. As payment was submitted, I was turning in the key. Thankfully I had not dropped the key when I had to take another round of photos.

Charise YWe reserved a truck with dolly, however there was no dolly available. The truck inside was dirty . There was a big grease/ oil spot that the agent would not even come look at nor have anything to clean it with so I had to clean it before we could load our stuff.

STEPHANIE FI was missing the appliance dolly in the truck, had to wait until another location opened, had to pick up at another location in my own pick-up truck, then was charged again for the dolly. Had to go back to the original location to pick up the U-Haul. All this took about 2 hours of my time.

Jane AThis location was well run, but it was the result of the original location (Big C Food Mart) telling us they had no trucks for a one way rental, despite having a truck of the right size in the parking lot. The new location in Forney was closed already on our pick up day, and the remote pickup instructions were confusing (they state online that a passport and proof of employment are required). The remote pickup line kept me on hold for 30 minutes, then hung up before I could talk to anyone. The Forney location was 30 miles from my home, making the pickup extra difficult.
Brian wWhen promised a 26 ft truck, make sure it is available at location. Maribel at the Forney pickup was great and very helpful. Sabra at the Caddo Mills drop off location was great too. We were not able to move everything from my home because of the smaller truck that was available to us but besides that, it was a good experience.

SCOTT SAfter having my original order pushed back an hour (8am to 9am) and transferred without Uhaul contacting me, and then having the 2nd location cancel on me while enroute (9:12) bc he didn't have the size truck i requested, and then this 3rd location not opening until 11am. Which forced me to download there app which doesn't allow you to go back and have to reenter all my info (not user friendly) and costed me 2 hours of movers not able to do anything. Last time I'll use uhaul.
