Not this location's fault, but my pickup location was changed 3 times. I was scheduled to pick up and was called 3 times changing the location of the pickup. The good thing is, other than the location I originally chose this was the best option and the others would have taken me much further from my house. The pickup is smooth and easy. Lot had plenty of space and was easy to maneuver in and out. The truck was clean and everything was as expected.

Bradley CVery disappointed in my experience at this location. Nothing was correct from the very beginning. Asked for a one way received an in town rate. Was charged for 20 extra miles and didn’t ask for them. And I was charged an extra $300 dollars and it has taken over 2 weeks to get my refund. Not to mention I have had to go back to this location several times and was told to call U-Haul myself to take care of getting my own refund. Will not be using this location or U-Haul service again in the future and I suggest you don’t waste your time at this location. Very dissatisfied customer.
