Darren AThere was a problem checking the vehicle out with the app. When the app wanted me to take photos of the vehicle, I would take the photos, but they would not attach to the app. I thought there was a problem with the app, so I closed down the app. When I reopped the app, it showed I was checked in, even though I had not completed the process. There was another customer at the location and had a confused look on his face while dealing with the app. I spoke to him and he was having the same problem with photographs in the app. I'm not sure if this was a temporary system issue, or if there is a bug in the app, but it was problematic yesterday when renting my vehicle.
James AThey were friendly and helpful, not just to me, but to other customers I saw them with before as well! The vehicle worked great!
