The dealer we used to pick up / return the truck to was clean, easy to access and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. The truck however felt very tired, worn out from either the many miles it had traveled or lack of maintenance. I put just over 50 miles on the truck, counted my blessings I didn't have any further roads to travel. I would never have taken this truck out of town period.

PATRICIA CInstructions poorly given. I stood in the dark for 4 hours before someone picked up the phone.
Trinity MNot this location's fault, but my pickup location was changed 3 times. I was scheduled to pick up and was called 3 times changing the location of the pickup. The good thing is, other than the location I originally chose this was the best option and the others would have taken me much further from my house. The pickup is smooth and easy. Lot had plenty of space and was easy to maneuver in and out. The truck was clean and everything was as expected.
