We had a few problems with getting the moving truck but it was all fixed fairly quickly. I paid the $44 when we picked up the truck. We booked our truck for 3 mile and had it for 5. Once we returned the truck my husband had to pay a $6 fee for going over the estimated miles but he was charged $81.23 extra . When I called the office in OKC the lady I talked to said he would be reimbursed the $40 but he should be getting $75 back. So if I could have this issue fixed I would greatly appreciate it, other than the over charge had a great experience with the company and all the help.

Well there was a notice inide the box part of truck telling about a $25 fee if not swept and cleaned I had to sweep it out before I ever put a load in the truck also not enough trucks at location . I needed to extend my time but truck was already booked for 830 pm I call bs what happened to renting the truck for 24 hours

Need to have adapter for trailer lights four plug to seven plug I had to go buy adapter after paying for rental because they didn't have one. That should be standard at all places

The person working there never got off there butt and checked the equipment being returned. I was charged an extra day because my start time is 7:58 am and the location doesn't open till 8:00 am. This happens all the time I'm going to find other ways of getting equipment I need this isn't acceptable.

Specifically told agent moving 900 miles and I sure I had good tires. Tire was flat in 100 miles. Aired it up and went to U-Haul on S I-35 in OKC that had full repair garage. They refused to swap out tire. I completed the move to Wisconsin adding air as needed. 15 hour drive straight through and could not wait for safe trip contractor. Bad on the initial pick up, bad on the refusal to repair trailer prior to resuming trip from OK to WI. Great service from crew in Baraboo.

I requested to return equipment to Lawton Oklahoma which is 24 minutes from our house. They did not put that in and ended up charging me $180 to take it back to the original Town 45 minutes from our house.

Well the lady who assisted us was very nice but quite unprofessional with saying she hated her job and she had only been working there 3 months. I lived in Duncan for over 17 years I understand how easy it is to hate that town but when customers come in they don’t want to hear how bad the employee that’s assisting them hates their job. I worked customer service by phone for over 2 years and never once did I tell any of the customers that I hated my job especially when there’s so many out there needing jobs and easy ones like that one.

Customer service was outstanding. Very professional. There was a glitch in the system that double charged me. I made one phone call. They were very prompt and courteous, and took care of the problem straightened it out within just a few hours. I would highly recommend this location!!

Rat poop everywhere!!!!!! They chewed threw 45 years of family photo albums clothes ruined furniture covered in poop meth head roam the facility at night just an absolute nightmare DO NOT RENT A UNIT ON BOI'SDARCH there are way better facilities on the north end of town RAT FREEEE

I was originally supposed to get a 26’ uhaul from Pier 1 Storage @9 am on 3/9/23. When I arrived at 9am that morning there was no uhaul truck for my reservation. I was told that it had not been returned yet and they made a phone call to someone and there was a 26’ uhaul in Lawton but I would have to go get it and return it to the lawton location and I would be charged mileage as well. They did offer a $50 credit on this unit for mileage. They said there was a 15’ truck in town but that was all they had. No one ever called or anything to inform me that the truck for my reservation was not in yet. Bad customer experience with Pier 1. Will not return to them if at all possible

Shady looking place as you arrive. Office door was really old and beat up and not clearly marked. Helpful staff when she got around to us. We were instructed to wait outside because office was so small only 2 customers could fit inside at a time and there were already 2 people in there. Phone kept ringing and clerk had to answer it 2-3 times during our transaction which was kind of annoying. Vehicle check in was easy once all the distractions were taken care of.

You tried to cram your fucking insurance down my throat when I ordered online. I said no. Then I got it crammed down my throat when I arrived to retrieve my rental. I said no. How many times do I have to say FUCKING NO!? Do thick we're all just your punks? When I get the final bill, my $30 rental is $42. I ask how the fuck that's possible. Didn't even have the balls to say I charged you for the fucking insurance anyway. I was told it was for "taxes and stuff." Glad I caught it and forced her to take it off. I've rented many trailers from you in my life. It's always the same story. I hate giving this lady a poor review. They are all the same. So, you are hereby put on notice for 2 things: - I will go out of my way to find your competitors in the future. - If I'm stuck with one of your shitty trailers, and when the U-Haul asshole even *mentions* the fucking insurance, I will go the fuck off and cause a MASSIVE scene. "I wonder why he hot so mad for no reason." Game on dicks.

The hood wasn’t latched on the 26 foot truck. It rattled for about 100 miles before we noticed what it was. It road like it had square wheels. Otherwise all was ok.

This was a drop off area near my final move location which was nice but when I arrived to drop off there was very little room to park a 20' truck because there were already 5 other trucks and about 6 other pull behind trailers in a fairly small parking lot.

I was told it was a 24 hour rental. When brought back with in 24 hours I was charged 97 dollars instead of 45. I unhooked it by myself and hurt my back while doing it. I am 100 percent unhappy with the situation and will inform as many possible to not use the location.

The young lady working in the office was great! Truck had not been swept (grass and leaves) in truck. Cab was dusty, energy drink bottle in console. Previous rental was just the opposite, but at another location in Duncan, OK.

the truck had trash in it. windshield was dirty. ive used uhaul a lot and the trucks were smoother riding. this one felt like it is on its last leg.

I got charged for a dolly that they didn’t even have at the location. So we never got one from uhaul and still got charged $7.00

They need some help out there because of the disability people cannot pick up traders I am disabled and I had trouble picking up the dolly and putting it on the hitch so they need somebody to help disabled people thank you

Mainly a storage place, as the name of the business implies. The young woman was very friendly and helpful; I can't fault her. On the other hand, an upgrade for the business computer would be helpful. The system they use is PAINFULLY SLOW., and the inkjet printouts of contracts won't survive the first rain drop, spilled drink, etc..

Please stop hiding all these extra charges. Be forefront about everything and don't say 19.99 and then it be over 100 in extra charges. If your prices beat the competitors and you lead the industry in a niche market you don't have to nickle and dime folks. Also the lady i dealt with said she was unable to answer any of my questions because she doesn't know.

I was unable to complete return on phone app. We tried from multiple phones. It froze multiple times and would not accept any photo we submitted even though all of the parameters were met. So the personnel and locations were great, but the app is horrible.

Information was not fully explained. I ended up paying well over what I should have. Flyers all over the building stated the rental should have only been $39.95 +mileage and taxes. Was informed I was paying $190 for the truck because it was a larger size. I returned to the same place I rented from and I will not use or recommend this location to anyone in the future. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of information given when renting this truck and I spoke with someone from customer service and was then transferred to someone else who could help with the price I was paying. I was informed I should only be paying the $39.95 the mileage and the taxes since returning to the same location due to it being considered a local move.

Great job Storage Ranch! This storage co. is very inexpensive, nice and employees are great. I had a storage unit for 2 years after I moved from Duncan I kept it with some items in it after I moved to Shawnee just because it was nice and so inexpensive. Sherrie Hartzell
