Verna L.I was originally supposed to get a 26' uhaul from Pier 1 Storage @9 am on 3/9/23. When I arrived at 9am that morning there was no uhaul truck for my reservation. I was told that it had not been returned yet and they made a phone call to someone and there was a 26' uhaul in Lawton but I would have to go get it and return it to the lawton location and I would be charged mileage as well. They did offer a $50 credit on this unit for mileage. They said there was a 15' truck in town but that was all they had. No one ever called or anything to inform me that the truck for my reservation was not in yet. Bad customer experience with Pier 1. Will not return to them if at all possible
