We had a few problems with getting the moving truck but it was all fixed fairly quickly. I paid the $44 when we picked up the truck. We booked our truck for 3 mile and had it for 5. Once we returned the truck my husband had to pay a $6 fee for going over the estimated miles but he was charged $81.23 extra . When I called the office in OKC the lady I talked to said he would be reimbursed the $40 but he should be getting $75 back. So if I could have this issue fixed I would greatly appreciate it, other than the over charge had a great experience with the company and all the help.

DAVID FWell there was a notice inide the box part of truck telling about a $25 fee if not swept and cleaned I had to sweep it out before I ever put a load in the truck also not enough trucks at location . I needed to extend my time but truck was already booked for 830 pm I call bs what happened to renting the truck for 24 hours
Jamie ANeed to have adapter for trailer lights four plug to seven plug I had to go buy adapter after paying for rental because they didn't have one. That should be standard at all places
