I was originally supposed to get a 26' uhaul from Pier 1 Storage @9 am on 3/9/23. When I arrived at 9am that morning there was no uhaul truck for my reservation. I was told that it had not been returned yet and they made a phone call to someone and there was a 26' uhaul in Lawton but I would have to go get it and return it to the lawton location and I would be charged mileage as well. They did offer a $50 credit on this unit for mileage. They said there was a 15' truck in town but that was all they had. No one ever called or anything to inform me that the truck for my reservation was not in yet. Bad customer experience with Pier 1. Will not return to them if at all possibledoug S.

Shady looking place as you arrive. Office door was really old and beat up and not clearly marked. Helpful staff when she got around to us. We were instructed to wait outside because office was so small only 2 customers could fit inside at a time and there were already 2 people in there. Phone kept ringing and clerk had to answer it 2-3 times during our transaction which was kind of annoying. Vehicle check in was easy once all the distractions were taken care of.Dona S.
You tried to cram your fucking insurance down my throat when I ordered online. I said no. Then I got it crammed down my throat when I arrived to retrieve my rental. I said no. How many times do I have to say FUCKING NO!? Do thick we're all just your punks? When I get the final bill, my $30 rental is $42. I ask how the fuck that's possible. Didn't even have the balls to say I charged you for the fucking insurance anyway. I was told it was for "taxes and stuff." Glad I caught it and forced her to take it off. I've rented many trailers from you in my life. It's always the same story. I hate giving this lady a poor review. They are all the same. So, you are hereby put on notice for 2 things: - I will go out of my way to find your competitors in the future. - If I'm stuck with one of your shitty trailers, and when the U-Haul asshole even *mentions* the fucking insurance, I will go the fuck off and cause a MASSIVE scene. The hood wasn't latched on the 26 foot truck. It rattled for about 100 miles before we noticed what it was. It road like it had square wheels. Otherwise all was ok.Traci S.
This was a drop off area near my final move location which was nice but when I arrived to drop off there was very little room to park a 20' truck because there were already 5 other trucks and about 6 other pull behind trailers in a fairly small parking lot.Harold T.

I was told it was a 24 hour rental. When brought back with in 24 hours I was charged 97 dollars instead of 45. I unhooked it by myself and hurt my back while doing it. I am 100 percent unhappy with the situation and will inform as many possible to not use the location.Jonie W.

The young lady working in the office was great! Truck had not been swept (grass and leaves) in truck. Cab was dusty, energy drink bottle in console. Previous rental was just the opposite, but at another location in Duncan, OK.Mark R.

Mainly a storage place, as the name of the business implies. The young woman was very friendly and helpful; I can't fault her. On the other hand, an upgrade for the business computer would be helpful. The system they use is PAINFULLY SLOW., and the inkjet printouts of contracts won't survive the first rain drop, spilled drink, etc..James B.

Please stop hiding all these extra charges. Be forefront about everything and don't say 19.99 and then it be over 100 in extra charges. If your prices beat the competitors and you lead the industry in a niche market you don't have to nickle and dime folks. None of the places had my truck I needed I ended up having to go to a total different town if they r gonna rent uhauls make sure u send us to the right place n they have the truck ur gonna pick up this is ridiculousJacob S.
I was unable to complete return on phone app. We tried from multiple phones. It froze multiple times and would not accept any photo we submitted even though all of the parameters were met. So the personnel and locations were great, but the app is horrible.BRADLEY C.
Information was not fully explained. I ended up paying well over what I should have. Flyers all over the building stated the rental should have only been $39.95 +mileage and taxes. Was informed I was paying $190 for the truck because it was a larger size. I returned to the same place I rented from and I will not use or recommend this location to anyone in the future. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of information given when renting this truck and I spoke with someone from customer service and was then transferred to someone else who could help with the price I was paying. I was informed I should only be paying the $39.95 the mileage and the taxes since returning to the same location due to it being considered a local move.Dharma H.

Great job Storage Ranch! This storage co. is very inexpensive, nice and employees are great. I had a storage unit for 2 years after I moved from Duncan I kept it with some items in it after I moved to Shawnee just because it was nice and so inexpensive. Make sure the equipment is better maintained. AC on the truck did NOT work while driving down the road. Not a good thing when it was over 108 degrees when we rented the truck. Also the truck was pretty badly "banged" up from previous rentals and didn't seem like anything was being done to correct this. Employee even said most damage on the truck was well over a year old. They had run out of the "damage" stickers because there were so many on this truck.Barry S.

This location was excellent. The woman who completed my transaction was incredibly friendly and helpful. My previous pickup location on Main on Duncan managed to â€œloseâ€ my reservation that I made 12 days prior. Even after receiving confirmation the day prior to pickup. A couple of Halliburton employees were able to arrive prior to the locations opening at 8:00 and get the truck I reserved. Weird, right? Anyway, after the man running the Main location proved himself completely useless in helping me find a new truck, I found this location online. My truck and all of my supplies were ready in minutes. Will definitely recommend this location over the Main Street one.Sierra P.
The interior of the truck was dirty- had not been cleaned from previous renters- the console had dried drink spills on it and down the front of it onto the floor area. When we done the online pickup @ 7am, we go through the entire process and we get our code and the key was NOT in the box- we called the U-haul # provided and had to wait on the manager to get there to go inside and get the key for us (was not her fault and she was there within 20 minutes). The location was extremely convenient, the online pickup was easy and the U-haul rep I called was amazing.Lynda P.

the rental agents did not verify fuel level or current mileage before renting the truck to me. as a result, I am being charged for 44 additional miles that were on the vehicle, instead of the actual 25 miles I drove the truck. I am currently disputing the payment u-haul is trying to collect from my bank account!!! the beginning mileage was 24024.1 miles on the odometer, but the rental contract says it was 23980.7 miles. i will NEVER rent from u-haul OR Penske again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Shirley H.
Trying to schedule over the phone with customer service was such a hassle. The lady was so rude and I was so frustrated. We â€œreservedâ€ a truck and trailer 9 days before we needed it. 2 days before, the called and said the closest truck was FOUR HOURS AWAY. Ridiculous!! The pickup location we used was Easy to find. But I would suggest Keeping the truck and trailer easily assessable. The trailers bumper was stuck under a fence and we had a hard time getting it unstuck.Korey M.
