I booked Appliance dolly via customer call at this centre which was showing available. When I called to this center , the lady told that we only stored and give truck and we are not storing any dolly. You have to take it from other uhaul location, as we are not uhaul. So In this case how customer care person booked dolly in this location. My request is to check first with center for booking any dolly and both should be in sync.Chetan B.

reserved a truck 7 days in advance but when arrived for pickup it was out of service for maintenance. after the issue was resolved 20 min later I drove the truck a total of 4 miles and returned it 1 hour later after I discovered it was no longer needed but was still charged $50.50 for 1 hour of use. Completely discussed with UHaul..never again will I use this company.David B.
After reserving the truck through U-Haul's website - where I reserved an appliance dolly and straps, along with the truck - I went to pick up the equipment where I was told this location doesn't provide hand-trucks or straps. The entire purpose of my rental was to move a refrigerator. And the final cost ending up being miles above the initial estimate (not including my purchase of a hand-truck from Home Depot). Next time I need to rent a van/truck, I will not be using this, or any other U-Haul location.Joshua G.

U-Haul has the reputation for not having equipment available even when reserved in advance...The location was fine but the truck was not available when I needed it...(Thanks to U-Haul and not the location)...U-Haul felt that the truck should not be available to me at 12:00 pm and rescheduled me for 4:00 PM instead...Then played your silly game of TRUCK TRUCK who's got the TRUCK. at 1:30pm...I could not be guaranteed of having a truck available when I needed it even though I put my reservation in a week in advance.Robert D.

I scheduled the truck for 8:30 and didn't get it till 9 . When I received the final bill I found out that They charged me for an extra day since they close at noon on Saturday and I had to drop they keys in the drop box . And they recorded 500 miles when I only did 320 . When I called customer service he was accusing me of not recording my miles correctly and not returning the truck correctly .Amjad S.

I can't remember the customer representative that help us but she was absolutely wonder and very friendly and went above and beyond! I would without a doubt use this location again! Easy to find. Parking is extremely difficult if you are not experienced. I have a 40' RV and a 20' flatbed truck and I still questioned the best way to maneuver inside the lot. I would recommend if you are not experience in large vehicles that you park in the grass along the main road and ask a representative to assist you.Joe B.

Leave the vehicle in place and there was nothing saying what to do, I tried to talk to the uhaul service over the phone without success, I took pictures of the car parked on the dashboard and left the key there.Marcelo B.
The charges on my receipt are completely false. I was charged $14 for Safemove insurance which I did not apply for on my original receipt PLUS, I only drove 3.4 miles but I'm being charged 8! I'm literally about to refute the charges and mark it as fraud!Kionta' B.
The truck was returned with the same amount of gas (5/8 of a tank) as when the truck was picked up, but there was still a easy fuel charge. I don't understand why I was charged? Otherwise, the return was fine.David P.

After speaking to a staff member the day before they reassured me they would call in the morning to confirm the truck was returned. No call in the morning so I called them, the lady basically called me a lier, after I called her out for calling me a lier the lady then suddenly remembered the conversation. However she was incredibly rude after, not even an apology for calling me a lier. I did not have the time to book somewhere else so I had to deal with her. I hope she gets to read this.James B.

Although office was open, had to wait close to 30 mins for agent to return to office and let me in; no apology offered (overall, was curt and detached). My original p/u location was changed the night before -- this location, primarily a storage facility, did not have blankets nor dolly I had ordered; I was told it wasn't actually a U-haul office. Be open so customers can actually pick up their rental. You advertise mobile pickup, and then require customers to visit the office to pick up the key. The office was closed during advertised business hours when I needed to pick up. Nobody answered the phone when I called, both the office and the corporate number. There was trash from the previous renter in the cab of the truck. They also did not give me the 6 furniture pads that I was charged for. When the contactless key retrieval system failed, the employee was rude and at first told me I was at the wrong location to pick up the truck. They didn't have what I paid for. Online shouldn't have let me book there, but when they saw the reservation they should have called and told me. I rented from Penske and they did and offered me another location. It was too far out the way so I went to Uhaul.Christian S.

I chose pick up and drop off times during office hours to ensure someone would be there. At pick up there was someone there but the door was locked and she seemed annoyed that I was there. At drop off no one was there and the door was locked again even though it was during the posted business hours. I had to do the after hours drop off over my phone which was frustrating due to poor reception there. Other than that the rental was fine. The truck seemed well maintained but there was mud in on the floor in the cab when I picked it up. I've used uhaul many times before and this time was first time I've been less than impressed with the service. Maybe it is because it was a neighborhood dealer.Miriam S.

No issue with the actual truck, it worked as it should. I needed the truck for a one way trip, but the program allows for 2 days which is nice if you need it. I was only needing it for one day, so it was not a necessary convenience for me. The lady who checked me out convinced me to take out collision insurance, which I reluctantly agreed to when she told me it was a daily rate of $14, not a total of $28 as it stated on the contract. I was promised that I would get $14 back if I returned it on the same day. Too bad turned out to not be true. So either she lied or she was incompetent, either way, not a good way to do business.Tobias S.

U-haul messed up my reservation as usual and the reservation was not at this location. This is even though U-haul sent me multiple emails telling me to pick up the truck at this location. The location accommodated me and got me my truck. However they did not have a dolly or pads so I had to go to another U-haul location. The first two I tried were either closed (even though their website said they were open) or did not have dolly/pads. The third location did and accommodated me quickly. This is a third strike against u-haul and I am considering alternatives next time.William Y.
