We didn’t have to contact with personnel plus it was after hours when we did the drop off. Drop off was a smooth process. Instructions were clear.

Steering on truck was very loose. Also some kind of electrical short caused all lights to flicker at night while standing at stop. At pickup, entire front of truck was covered in bird crap - windshield was almost covered.
