The truck was very loud. U-Haul changed our pick up location which added additional miles to our trip and we were charged an additional $13. Not fair considering when we reserved our original location we would not have gone over the mileage. Feel free to reimburse us.

Didn’t get the equipment with my truck that i ordered which tacked on $50+ but i only got a $7 refund for it. this also made my move a lot harder than it needed to be, i’d advise this location’s workers to be more aware when they’re setting up people’s trucks for their move.
