Customer feedback is extremely important to us. We use these reviews to guide our efforts and improve our service. Everything that follows is direct from our customers, without any filtering or editing on our part.
The only issue we had was with the 24/7 pickup process. When we placed the order, we were told we could pick up the truck any time that day, so we selected 7:00 am as the earliest time. We arrive at 8:15 am. Nowhere on the documentation did it say that the order would "time out" after 45 mins and the "Pick up your truck" icon would disappear from the app. We spent an extra 45 mins trying to figure out the process and sitting in the parking lot on hold with multiple customer service people to finally get the time updated by a live scheduler. This could have easily been solved by writing "must pick up within 45 mins of the time requested" on your website, email confirmation and/or other documentation. We would have selected a later time. The policy is not an issue at all but it needs to be communicated. Had that issue not occurred, we would have had all positive reviews for the process.

mark cThe mobile app didn’t work at all. I had to reserve through the website. Thankfully I got to the facility before they closed and executed the rental pickup in person. At drop off a few hours later the app would not let me check in claiming I wasn’t at the location despite location services being turned on and working on this device previously. Key drop worked. So all good except the mobile.

Jill LArrived at 6:30 to pick up the truck & had to wade through a snow bank to get into the truck. There were zero parking lot lights so it was pitch black trying to get photos & get into the truck. They need to light the lot better. Truck was filthy & mirrors impossible to see out of
Shawna UI used the uhaul app to return the vehicle after hours. There were issues with payment processing. After inputting credit card info and clicking on “continue”…I didn’t get any message whether payment processed successfully or not. It kept showing “continue” button and not moving forward. I called customer service and they said the payment actually had gone through. It was a problem with the app. I ended up spending about half hour troubleshooting the issue and this was at an isolated location/dark parking lot at 9:30 pm along with my wife. It didn’t feel very safe.
VINOD REverything is exceptional, keep the same thing going.

LUIS MCustomer service at this location was superb! The truck rented shifted strange and breaks seemed questionable. I was thankful I had only 10 miles total of driving. Had it been a long distance move I would not have accepted the truck. My complain comes in with the app. The app went down causing 2 hours of waisted time and a 24 hour delay in getting the truck. I will never recommend utilizing the app after this experience to pick up a truck.
