No suggestions. This location has great friendly staff and is convenient. 3rd time I've used this location and couldn't be happier.
MAX BI waited for an hour an a half outside in the sun to pick up a truck rental that was reserved for 12. The place closed for lunch 5 minutes before my reservation (I was outside when they closed) and was LATE coming back from it. Awful service. Never apologized or anything. Next time I will just go to Home Depot

Andrew MMy comment is not specific to this location. You need to stop deceiving people on the cost to rent a truck. I made a reservation to rent a 15ft truck for I think $24.99 on your website. I then get there to pick up the truck and it ends up costing me almost $200, which was mostly due to the 100 miles I estimated I would drive yesterday. Plus I stopped and put $25.00 of gas in the truck. Just be honest about your cost with your customers. Due to this, I will make sure I do anything I can other than rent a uhaul in the future.

SHAKILA RLocation was unmanned, and it took me an hour speaking with a representative of U-Haul by the name of Tony, who was very condescending and not very nice. I was in the process of leaving the location when an agent showed up and got me the key for the truck. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and will never, recommend U-Haul to another person.

RANDY CI requested two dollies. Neither one was with the truck. The u-haul app is NOT user friendly at first. It’s confusing trying to find the start of the pickup process. The WiFi at this location is not the best. Makes the app run slow.

Annette RThe truck was new and clean. I didn’t get the dolly that I requested. Everyone kept saying the dolly’s aren’t guaranteed and the supply online is inaccurate. Then get a better system please. I was transferred FOUR times just to get my refund. IM NOT SURE WHY I NEEDED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO FOUR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND FOUR DIFFERENT REGIONS. I’m in Jacksonville area and they kept transferring me to ORLANDO AND ALABAMA. The whole system needs improvement. I was on the phone for more than an hour just to get a refund. This slowed down my moving process as well.

delena aThe reception staff was wonderful, but had tremendous difficulty with my reservation because everything has to be done on the phone and I had hoped to be able to just arrive at the office and check in. It was not their fault, they did everything they could to make my experience a good one. Sonia was on her third day and was still learning her position. The truck "check engine" light was on, so I assume it needs maintenance. As we started loading boxes, roaches crawled out from the walls of the truck. The office manager explained that these were palmetto bugs - very common here in Florida, but it was disheartening to take boxes off the truck at my new home and find I brought several into my garage with me.
BONNIE MI Made reservations for a small truck I walked to this location and walked back home in the rain to pick up and drop off truck I picked up and dropped off in the same location I was told by the lady at the location I could do that I didn't know about all this take pics and write down the mileage I am older and don't like this online bs what happen to real people to help you I had a long day had to wait over an hour to get my truck and then had a major issue dropping off this truck I will go to U-Haul myself next time no online stuff for me again
