No place to drop off truck, and nobody present for any questions or concerns I had.

Tatyana S.I was unaware I was late for my drop off. The person never got off the chair said I cost her a deal and I was to be charged an extra day. If she need it she could of called. Worst part I had to disconnect the trailer and do everything. Person never left her chair. Definitely would tell people to stay away from these people. Really gives UHAUL a bad name.
David A.Not everything can be perfect, so I appreciated the help I got and the guidance from this and other U-Haul locations. The location is hard to get to but that's the city's construction at fault. Making it easier for reps to print a contract on-site would be a good move; customer service was excellent in all other regards.

Curtis E.Upon arrival, it was unclear we had access to the truck because it was behind a locked gate. The after hours number did not have enough information about uhaul rentals to assist. When we finally realized that we could get through the gate after starting the check-in process, we made it to the truck. The lock on the back truck was difficult to operate. The manager arrived late to open the store so we didn't have assistance. Overall, it took an hour to pickup the truck so we didn't beat the afternoon rain during a move.

Brandon C.The passenger rear tire had only 50 psi of air and the "need air" light was on when I picked up the rental. I immediately filled up the tire to the required 80 psi and had no issues.
