I prefer the College Station, Texas ave location. The pore woman at the Storage Sense was a fill in and not trained in U-Haul procedures. She was not aware that a truck was to be picked up. We were able to make it happen through multiple phone calls and ultimately using the self-check online. The 2 doz. blankets were not at this location, and I drove over to my preferred location to pick them up. Jeff Dyer did comp me the cost of the blankets which was awesome. After loading, I started the long trip to Kansas. The air-conditioning went out as soon as I cleared Bryan/College Station. When I got 2 hours from home the service Advance Trac light came on. Road Assistance was extremely sympathetic; Stacy and John were the two people I talked to. We were unable to resolve the vehicle issues, but I felt very supported by them. They started a ticket, asking the dealer to refund partial cost of the rental; which did happen.

Didn't have any of the requested additional equipment, including the furniture pads and dolly, even though I reserved over a month in advance.
GEMINI CMileage allowed wasn’t enough to make the drive from initial location to house to pickup furniture and drive to destination and offload then bring to drop off it was 38 miles short.
JONATHAN SOffice hours posted on door 9:30-5. I arrived at 9:45 to get truck that was reserved 3 weeks earlier for a 10 am pickup. Office closed, no one around. She finally showed up 10:25 carrying large cup from Starbucks. She apologized and said there was a long line at the bank.
JIMMIE RI accidentally left my dolly in the uhaul I rented. Is there any way for me to pick that up?
