Mileage allowed wasn’t enough to make the drive from initial location to house to pickup furniture and drive to destination and offload then bring to drop off it was 38 miles short.

Office hours posted on door 9:30-5. I arrived at 9:45 to get truck that was reserved 3 weeks earlier for a 10 am pickup. Office closed, no one around. She finally showed up 10:25 carrying large cup from Starbucks. She apologized and said there was a long line at the bank.
JIMMIE RI accidentally left my dolly in the uhaul I rented. Is there any way for me to pick that up?
Kristi MThe U-Haul did not have a proper alignment. To drive straight you had to have the steering wheel oriented as if you were turning. The cabin smelt like cigarettes and I am not a smoker.

Susanna JI chose counter check-in because I have previously had an experience at this location where the key was Not accessible via self pick up. I chose a time that was 15 minutes before they close, but when I arrived, the location was closed. I had to do self check out for the truck which added extra time additionally, the instructions for opening the gate were not accurate, so I had to walk through the entire storage facility to attempt to find the vehicle. I will not use this location again.

Tatyana SI was unaware I was late for my drop off. The person never got off the chair said I cost her a deal and I was to be charged an extra day. If she need it she could of called. Worst part I had to disconnect the trailer and do everything. Person never left her chair. Definitely would tell people to stay away from these people. Really gives UHAUL a bad name.
David ANot everything can be perfect, so I appreciated the help I got and the guidance from this and other U-Haul locations. The location is hard to get to but that's the city's construction at fault. Making it easier for reps to print a contract on-site would be a good move; customer service was excellent in all other regards.

Curtis EUpon arrival, it was unclear we had access to the truck because it was behind a locked gate. The after hours number did not have enough information about uhaul rentals to assist. When we finally realized that we could get through the gate after starting the check-in process, we made it to the truck. The lock on the back truck was difficult to operate. The manager arrived late to open the store so we didn’t have assistance. Overall, it took an hour to pickup the truck so we didn’t beat the afternoon rain during a move.

Brandon CThe passenger rear tire had only 50 psi of air and the "need air" light was on when I picked up the rental. I immediately filled up the tire to the required 80 psi and had no issues.
