The facility where I picked up was clean, offered a restroom, super nice staff. Uhaul website was the worst ever. SLOW, will not load on the phone. Couldn't find location on my phone. I recommend this location because staff is super helpful but I can't recommend Uhaul website because it's not customer friendly.

Vicki H.upon returning, I placed the gas back to the desired location it was on when we started the vehicle. I was then notified that I was charged additionally stating that I did not place the vehicle back on 3/4 of a tank. I will not be recommending this location to anyone else.

Neal R.I have a video but the bed wasn't cleaned out and the transmission is really needing a look at. Hits real hard when going down to first and gets stuck going up. Wouldn't drive in tow/haul mode at all.
Tyler J.I am finished with UHaul and will recommend to my friends and colleagues not to use you. I was misled during a difficult time of life by UHaul rep's, promises not delivered, inconvenienced, and never received my receipt which i need for records. Will have to spend more valuable time calling through the maze for a receipt. So sad for UHaul. You guys used to be the backbone in the US for personal moves.

Tony J.The only thing I would recommend is: if a customer is having trouble walking, I.e., limp, artificial leg, using a walker, has a bad back or something to that nature offer to bring the rental to the front door for them. Other than that, the truck was available on time, clean and ready to go. The representative was very fast and courteous and the rental process was very easy. I will go back to this location again for my rental needs.

ROBERT C.The equipment that I ordered with the truck was 2 Dolly's that was not available and my card was charged an extra $5.22 and I brought the truck back with more gas than I pick it up i only have the truck for 4 and 1/2 hours and I was told I should have been reimbursed for the hours I didn't use but yet you took money from me.. but other than that customer service was great

It took almost 45 mins to complete. The equipment was amazing, but it was the process that made me say I will probably not rent a UHAL again. It was just so frustrating.

JOSEPH G.My vehicle was NOT ready at scheduled pick up time. I arranged to have someone pick up my Uhaul at 9:00am sharp in order to stay on schedule for my move from Alabama to Georgia, but it was almost 10:00am when available! I had movers that arrived promptly to load my things, but could not because there was no truck! I had to pay movers an additional $200 due to delays! Uhaul owes me a refund!

Scott W.District manager changed us to a larger truck, which we really appreciated, but we were delayed a day after finding one of the tires was flat that took over 5 hours to get replaced. Part of the delay was not being able to get through to roadside assistance. Call kept dropping off after hearing messages that it was transferring. Tried to get it fixed at the local U-Haul facility, but they could not fix it. They were able to get through to Roadside Assistance for me.

Daniel W.I had requested to pick the truck through my phone & that did not happen. They have three lock boxes and only one works. I had reserved five dosen furniture pads and they didn't have any. I had to gey them from another location. This location caused me a stressful morning and time delay with my moving/movers as well.
