1. Call the customer if your closing the store at the pick up location early and let them know how to get the keys and if all equipment is correct. 2. We reserved an appliance dolly and furniture pads and were provided none and store was closed so had no one to ask. Spent an hour trying to find equipment and spoke to many people. They said it was taken off of my order. Um, no. I had to drive to another location to pick up equipment. 3. I had added my husband on the truck and I was told he was not. Spent another half hour trying to get him added. 4. Spent too much time on hold to get to speak with anyone. It took us almost 2 hours before we even got out of the parking lot. 5. Whoever scheduled our moving help on the phone, put in the wrong date. They scheduled us on the morning of the 26th and we moved on the 27th. Why would I order moving help for the morning before and not even pick up the truck until that night. Movers were on their way to my house when they called. Needless to say, the nightmare was real. Had to reschedule and it cost us $150 more. Then the movers came and his 2 guys didn't show and the owner and a little guy did all the work. Took 6 hours instead of 3. The movers did not charge me the extra as it was their fault. We have to now rent another truck for 2 days later so we can go get the rest of our stuff. More money we do not have. 6. All in all, we will never use Uhaul again. The worst system and help ever! Life is hard enough without having to deal with a bad company.

Pickup and drop off was simple and efficient. Truck was clean and ran well
Jack HI would have preferred to rent from Bailey Cove since they are more convenient now that they have opened, but they did not have a small vehicle available. I have personal issues with the CubeSmart location, I used their storage for many years and prefer to avoid them if at all possible. The truck was fine for our purpose, it could have been cleaned out properly, but beyond that it was okay. I am not impressed with U-Haul's new remote system. If there is no one in the office when you come to pick up your vehicle that you rented online, and the previous user has not returned it or has not refueled it or has not cleaned it, you don't have anyone to talk to to in person get help.
katherine lOn arrival the ladies were not there despite supposedly being open during those hours. They were just not there. It looked like they had gone off site somewhere when they returned purses in hand. They had a sign on the window and they were late reopening ref the time of return. Another lady and I had been waiting. She was renting and I turning in. When I asked questions they did not seem interested in helping me. We dropped off the truck one day early.
Victoria AU-Haul location was not the one I requested The location did not have the furniture pads reserved for this rental. The person at the location had NO knowledge of what size trailer hitch was needed for the trailer. NO help was given connecting the trailer
