There is no shelter so if it is blistering hot or raining or windy and cold, you're going to feel it while you fill out the 25 steps on the app that doesn't work. Save yourself the trouble and rent from some place that actually has someone there who can check you in and have everything ready and double-check that everything is good. Not a neighborhood place.

Location was fine. It was not the one I selected when I made the reservation. It was about 20 mins further away and no explanation was given for the change. The entire pickup experience with the app was very poor and overly cumbersome
Ryan BI do have an old phone but the amount of rework i had to do while going through checkout and check in was awful. I don ‘t know if my checkin or return actually worked as it stayed on a page that it wouldn’t let me progress forward on. I did take the pictures and put the key in the drop box. If i get nasty grams from you about not returning the truck I’ll turn into a Karen call you up and bitch you out.
JOSHUA B1. Call the customer if your closing the store at the pick up location early and let them know how to get the keys and if all equipment is correct. 2. We reserved an appliance dolly and furniture pads and were provided none and store was closed so had no one to ask. Spent an hour trying to find equipment and spoke to many people. They said it was taken off of my order. Um, no. I had to drive to another location to pick up equipment. 3. I had added my husband on the truck and I was told he was not. Spent another half hour trying to get him added. 4. Spent too much time on hold to get to speak with anyone. It took us almost 2 hours before we even got out of the parking lot. 5. Whoever scheduled our moving help on the phone, put in the wrong date. They scheduled us on the morning of the 26th and we moved on the 27th. Why would I order moving help for the morning before and not even pick up the truck until that night. Movers were on their way to my house when they called. Needless to say, the nightmare was real. Had to reschedule and it cost us $150 more. Then the movers came and his 2 guys didn't show and the owner and a little guy did all the work. Took 6 hours instead of 3. The movers did not charge me the extra as it was their fault. We have to now rent another truck for 2 days later so we can go get the rest of our stuff. More money we do not have. 6. All in all, we will never use Uhaul again. The worst system and help ever! Life is hard enough without having to deal with a bad company.
