On arrival the ladies were not there despite supposedly being open during those hours. They were just not there. It looked like they had gone off site somewhere when they returned purses in hand. They had a sign on the window and they were late reopening ref the time of return. Another lady and I had been waiting. She was renting and I turning in. When I asked questions they did not seem interested in helping me. We dropped off the truck one day early.

U-Haul location was not the one I requested The location did not have the furniture pads reserved for this rental. The person at the location had NO knowledge of what size trailer hitch was needed for the trailer. NO help was given connecting the trailer
William OPrior customer returned the truck muddy on Thursday. The truck was put out of service because it was muddy. I reserved the truck for Saturday. When I showed up, the truck was not available because the truck was out of service. About 30 minutes later, I received a phone call from U-Haul saying my reservation was transferred to another location. I was upset that nobody notified me earlier about my reservation transfer to another location. So local U-Haul person helped me to rent the muddy truck, which did not bother me. I rate the U-Haul service bad rating because the U-Haul software and server bog down several times. Other’s customers waiting had the same server crash. The girl behind the counter was very helpful.
Doug Lif your late for mobile pickup when not open, be there early. second time in a row mobile pickup did not work and can only attribute to me being late which added another 40 minutes to get ahold of the right customer service agent to take care of my mobile pickup
