Hire people that will get off their butts and come ck the U-Haul out when you bring it back . instead they wait till you leave and charge your credit card 50 more dollars. Not right what so ever.
DIANA B.Ensuring that equipment that was paid for was indeed included with the rent. From what I could see I was still charged for the dolly I did not receive. It was made worse by the fact that I had no choice but to go with the 24/7 option because the location nearest to me was closed on Tueaday specifically, meaning I couldn't enter to get said dolly.

Teresa M.I ordered a truck in Madison AL where I live. The pickup location was changed 3 times and I had to pickup the truck in south Huntsville AL. This caused me to use extremely more miles and cost me a great deal more than it should have. Maybe your company can start adjusting the mileage based on the original pickup location.
