Dropped the trailer off the next morning. They let us into the gate and we parked the trailer where told to. We had to call someone because the sign on the door said to since their WiFi was out at the location. We never saw a real person but trusted they would document that we had returned it. Almost a week later we were notified we had not returned the trailer and it would be reported as stolen. My husband left work to go to the drop off location to check what the problem was. There was the trailer still sitting where we parked it. The rental was good for up to 4 days. I don’t think we had it for 24 hours before dropping it off. I’m a little mad that we paid for 4 days but only kept it for one because they were emailing and texting that they needed the trailer for another family so we hurried to unload it and drop it off , they didn’t even check it in, and then accused us of not returning it causing my husband to leave work to handle the situation. This location disappointed.

james WI reserved a truck in Orange, TX and was told after I arrived that they didn’t have a truck for me and I had to drive 40 minutes away to get one. Terrible logistics and waste customers time when they’re already stressed with the move. Wasn’t the fault of the people at the pick up location. U-Haul is who I blame. Asked for a discount for having to drive hour and twenty minutes and was told no, I already got a good rate online.
