Truck was hesitant in idle speed, air conditioning was working about 10% of the time. Extremely hot ride from Lake Charles to Dallas, had to stop along way due to flat tire and again to cool down from the a/c not functioning.

Lloyd GFolks were nice and easy checkout process. Clear instructions on how to get the trailer and also how to return even if after hours. Unfortunate part is I was billed for 2 day rental but returned trailer around 630 pm day of checkout. (Had 1030am -630pm, roughly on Saturday only.) was told the camera footage could be reviewed to confirm early return. I called this morning and left voicemail saying when returned, as instructed, and this afternoon I got a receipt in email for the full rental instead of adjusted price. Hope the price will be credited and only charged for the actual time in use.
