Folks were nice and easy checkout process. Clear instructions on how to get the trailer and also how to return even if after hours. Unfortunate part is I was billed for 2 day rental but returned trailer around 630 pm day of checkout. (Had 1030am -630pm, roughly on Saturday only.) was told the camera footage could be reviewed to confirm early return. I called this morning and left voicemail saying when returned, as instructed, and this afternoon I got a receipt in email for the full rental instead of adjusted price. Hope the price will be credited and only charged for the actual time in use.
June LThe equipment is junk, the transmission feels like it could drop out at anytime. The location is good, the customer service at the location was excellent. The price gouging attempt to extend for one hour was disappointing.
