Junk the 26' truck I was given to drive to Atlanta and back, 290+ miles. Bad shake between 30-45 mph, trans trying to shift, then terrible front wheel shake at 67mph so bad that vehicle became uncontrollable except OK 55-65. Harsh ride full or empty. Handled well at very low speeds in tight quarters. But not safe to drive on Interstate at speed limit. Why is this vehicle rerented?. Others have given UHaul similar observations. The truck return app did not work on the first several attempts. I had to engage the online chat to finally get it to work. The chat person was very slow to respond too me, averaging about 6 minutes between my chat entry and any response. The chat was abruptly ended by the chat person before I had the chance to try the return truck process. Luckily it did work that time.Rebecca D.

Called 800 number to make a reservation - a 58 min wait time was given. Did receive a call back. Confirmed reservation for a 15 foot truck at $29.99/day. Arrived at rental location at designated time, truck was not available. Was offered a 20 foot truck at $39.99/day. A classic bait and switch. Absolutely unacceptable. Office staff would not honor contract pricing. To improve, you must answer phone quicker, provide the service agreed upon. I will not be back.William B.

Return required by 9AM. Store not open. Had to go through online checkout, which was a PITA. Location was not the one scheduled online. It was 8 miles from town, which lowered the available contract miles by 8 miles. My available contract miles were lowered by 29 miles, which cut it close. Your online scheduling system led me to believe that the pickup / return sites were local to me, with my planned move well inside the 197 miles allowed. As it happened, I had only 13 miles left.
