The pick up location was good. The U-Haul app, however, is not at all user-friendly. It took us over an hour to schedule our pick up and drop off in the app and then somehow it kept trying to send us to a whole other state that we never put in.

WILLIAM GUnsure why a 1 bedroom has no ramp. I could not unload it by myself. Had to get some help which took 2 extra days to find, which lead to a way more expensive and stressful move than anticipated. Really aggravating experience.
Shelby RI booked it over the phone and I wanted to pick up at 9am and that is before the office is open. When I went to pick it up the app was telling me to go to customer service. I called the customer service number as the office was not open yet and they said it was on them for not checking the 24 hour box but explains to me that I had 24 hours to use the truck and apologized for the inconvenience. I go into the office to explain what happened and the person Wendy I believe her name was said that it was in no way u hauls fault. I explained again that the customer service said it was and then she got an attitude saying again that it was not u hauls fault. I let it go and was able to get my key to the truck and a dolly. The truck and dolly were in good shape. I just wished the person on the phone that made my reservation did it correctly and then I would have not had to have a bad experience with Wendy.
