Location did not understand pickup process and I had to call support for confirmation of process and to get location manager on phone to support. Soon after I picked up truck and trailer, I received a call saying they did not have trailer and that portion was canceled on my reservation. I then had to call support again to get trailer added back to my reservation since it was already in my possession.

The pick up location was good. The U-Haul app, however, is not at all user-friendly. It took us over an hour to schedule our pick up and drop off in the app and then somehow it kept trying to send us to a whole other state that we never put in.

WILLIAM GUnsure why a 1 bedroom has no ramp. I could not unload it by myself. Had to get some help which took 2 extra days to find, which lead to a way more expensive and stressful move than anticipated. Really aggravating experience.
