kris l1. Vehicle interior nit cleaned / vacuumed (as if it had just been dropped-off from a prior rental just before I took it). 2. TWO dash warning lights were on the entire rental (which indicate to me that vehicle is not timely & properly maintained). 3. Vehicle did not have a full tank of gas. Just about 3/4 full (which makes return with same amount of gas difficult. In fact, I brought back the vehicle with more gas than I got when picked-up. 4. Driver's side windshield wiper didn't work properly. 5. Safety pad lock at slidedown door inconsistently worked. Most of the time it did not lock properly. 6. WORST OF ALL. The air conditioning did not work. Uhaul should be ashamed of itself placing a vehicle in this condition in service. Overpriced given its condition.

IDA KThe "Service Motor Oil Soon" message & "Tire pressure" light were on when i picked up the cargo van. Though the UHaul person said it was okay, I'm not comfortable driving with any lights that pop up on the dashboard.

JANAI VThe service representatives are always so pleasant to deal with. I have previously rented from this location and they were extremely courteous. I am never going back to Penske, that’s a promise. I am definitely letting friends and family know, your location is the best on island as far as I’m concerned. My reservations was canceled twice at Penske rentals, the day of and the day before my reservations was confirmed. Social media can be a business best friend or its worst enemy. Thank again uhaul for your excellent service.
charmaine kI opted out for all insurances but when I dropped off the truck after using it, I saw on the invoice that a $15 safe insurance was added and paid for already. I’m not sure how it was added on but that was very unprofessional. I will never return to that location ever again.

Shawn pI would not recommend this establishment because of the poor Customer Service I was given. I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas after putting gas into the truck and after seeing my receipt, I was charged $50 .when I called to let them know about the overcharge the the lady said she had a way of finding out the right amount of gas by looking at the gas meter. She said she made an adjustment and gave me a piece of paper to sign, but she didn’t explain what I was initially and said I just needed to initial these three areas. I’ve been in the food service business for 30 years and always try to exceed the guest expectation but certainly I don’t think she understands about taking care of guest properly.
Nawai KThe people at this location were very helpful and friendly, they provided us with a truck quickly through a Uhaul rep due to a bad situation that had nothing to do with them. The truck they had provided had just been turned in and was not checked out, again not their fault due to the Uhaul rep renting out the truck over the phone with me. I would definitely recommend this location for Uhaul rental. But at this time I am not happy with the Uhaul company.

Luann BListen, this office made my first experience using U-haul amazing. Kaya and Ana were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They made the process EASY, efficient, and seemless. I'm generally scatter brained and chatty. They were friendly, patient and kept me focused. This office made everything from A to Z so simple. They took care of me like I was their Ohana. I can clearly see why people suggested this location to me ANY day of the week. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this office. 10/10 experience. Keep it up Ohana! Mahalo!

Ernest SThe truck had old beverage bottles inside and clearly hadn't been cleaned out in a while. The truck also didn't seem to be well maintained, in that during the rental period the car malfunctioned. After a 15 minute drive and being done loading and unloading the truck for the night the car would not shift into park and the parking brake would not engage. I called roadside assistance who sent a tow truck to pick up the rental truck from me. For the next three days I was called by representatives to return the truck, even though it was no longer in my possession and I had informed them of this/ I will say, I appreciate the workers extending the rental for me, as I was not able to return the truck after the initial one day rental period as I had originally planned to do.

Ronnie WRented a 9 ft van today and started as while checking in, the lady added some supplies on my list when I just wanted to rent a van and some pads. I repeated myself twice and took her almost 10 mins just to remove the additional items. Then when I entered inside the van, it reeks like a bunch animals been in there. Animal hairs all over the front seats and floor mat (I took pictures). Clearly was not inspected and cleaned prior (I was the first customer in the morning). Would not refer or recommend this location in Waikele to anyone.

Kevin MNo need for improvement, I did an online reservation. It told me what was available and times available. I came in with my ID and was on the road in 10 minutes. Return was even faster. Quality of work was still very professional. I will definitely do more reservations from this location when needed.

Peter MThey rented me a truck without checking the coolant levels. It overheated and stalled. Took them hours to get me towed. Called the regional manager numerous times but he never answered, left a voicemail but he never returned my calls.
