IDA KThe "Service Motor Oil Soon" message & "Tire pressure" light were on when i picked up the cargo van. Though the UHaul person said it was okay, I'm not comfortable driving with any lights that pop up on the dashboard.
Maile KThis particular location is on point, they're experience and communication with me was excellent..I had problems with the Wahiawa location and cancelled my reservation because there were so many issues with a self checkout at that location,so when I arrived at this location I was relieved to see live people who knew what I wanted and needed and the process went so smoothly,in & out in 10 minutes..it was lovely and stress free.
JANAI VThe service representatives are always so pleasant to deal with. I have previously rented from this location and they were extremely courteous. I am never going back to Penske, that’s a promise. I am definitely letting friends and family know, your location is the best on island as far as I’m concerned. My reservations was canceled twice at Penske rentals, the day of and the day before my reservations was confirmed. Social media can be a business best friend or its worst enemy.
