Chris AMind you, on this day, the office had no internet connection. What??? But those reps were the BEST! The customer reps worked with what they had and very efficiently. Got us out in a short amount of time considering everything at that point was manually processed. I could tell, they knew their stuff and surprisingly, I did not feel overwhelmed which I usually do. When we returned the vehicle, they still didn't have internet, but they just kept on. No complaining and only concern they had throughout was apologizing to their customers for the inconvenience. I appreciated how much they took care of their customers. Your team deserves more than an Excellent rating since they had an extreme situation going on that day and they handled everything perfectly and confidently.
