The Gentleman is very professional. I returned because he made everything easy the first time and plus the location is very scenery and Beautiful. When I came in, he was in a middle of something but he immediately stopped what he was doing, and took care of me. And again, customer service was excellent!! This guy needs a Blessed Raised!! We Just needed a cargo van to do some recycling. Very Ohana!! This was my wife's first time here and she Phileo Loved it here. Thank you so much!! Mahalo, Jyst know that, You are Appreciated!!

They are charging me an additional $574 apart from what was charged for the rental. I've reached trying to figure out why and there's no answer. Definitely will not recommend

The truck had approximately 2,000 mikes on it, but the front brake rotors were extremely warped. Every time I stopped, I was thrown back and forth in my seatbelt due to the unevenness of the rotors. I recommend have the rotors replaced before someone else experiences what I did.

There was no indication that vehicles were disinfected between customers. I don't even know if they are. Just for people's safety and peace of mind during this time, it would be great to know if the trucks are cleaned in between. Thank you.

Initially the agent insisted I reserve the appliance hand truck online. I tried but it was impossible. I complained via the feedback option and I was assisted within minutes by Carrie. She explained that reserving an appliance hand truck online was impossible and made the reservation for me. My experience today was great! I picked up the hand truck without a hitch and the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Thank you all! Aloha!

I was charged $10 for furniture pads that I never used and didn't break the seal on. This is unacceptable and frustrating.

First, there was no organization when a crowd and line started to form outside the office. There are windows so I know the workers could see us and it would've been helpful for one of them to come out once in awhile to tell the crowd how the “1 person at a time” system works so that people wouldn't have cut the line out of turn. And mention that there is one line for check ins, check outs, and gas/mileage checks. Second, when checking in, we were unaware that we would be charged for fuel. It was only mentioned that we would be charged $19.95 plus mileage rate. I wish the salesperson gave me the option and mentioned that if I return the car with the same fuel as I began with THEN the only charge would be the $19.95 plus mileage rate. This pandemic is hard for all of us, but if you want repeat business, show a little extra effort to guide and educate your customers during this time. Also, there was also one person in the office helping customers while the other person did not help and I just saw her organizing pens and telling people she would “be right with you” but never took any customers the whole time we waited. Maybe that's not her job. But it doesn't look good when there's a line of people waiting in the sun, unsure what the line is for/if they're in the right line, and there are workers not helping. My Uhaul receptionist created a terrible experience with her rude and curt tone and lack of customer service skills. She was unable to provide the simplest gestures of customer service such as greeting customers and providing an inclusive atmosphere for inquiries. The unpleasant vibe that I sensed was that she isn't compensated enough for the job she volunteered for and she takes it out customers. I won't be returning to facility or perhaps Uhaul overall.

Location is really out of the way. They close the gates too early. My vehicle did not have ac, talk about sweat on vinyl seats while moving!! Yuk!! Only good thing was the employee servicing the front desk was nice!

Staff Rochelle was very friendly and helpful and made the picking up process so easy. She was very understanding when I was not able to drop off the vehicle in time! I will definitely rent from this location again and tell my friends and family as well!!

I wanted to rent for 2 days, I picked up at 10am and was told that I had to bring it back by 830 am because they had another person renting. So I asked because I'm being told to cut my rental short can they compansent Me for the time in anyway ..they said no I either agree to bring it back early or I can't rent it

The fuel gauge was miss quoted and I was overcharge for fuel. The fuel was at 1/4 and the contract had 3/4. I provide a picture as proof and I was still overcharged.

The only issue we had was the backup camera not working. All we would get is a blue square on the mirror. Other than that it was a great experience with no problems.

Not sure what others complained about on Yelp and Google, but I had nothing but a nice experiences with the employee who helped me. He was kind, welcoming, and clear on how everything worked. My moving here has been disjointed like several other people because of COVID impacts. It was nice to have a friendly person help during these unknowing times. Thanks!

He was very informative, courteous and explained everything that we needed to know to operate the U Haul vehicle safely and carefully. Offering of Uhaul 24/7 app is awesome but mobile service reception in the parking lot is dismal. I think providing a wide-reaching wifi internet connection so customers can use the convenient self-service option would improve user experience. It was quite frustrating to use considering my service provider reception in the area is so poor. Staff was extremely helpful and understanding at both check-in and checkout.
