Make the pickup and drop off more personal not everyone is savvy even if they have a smartphone. When I dropped it off at 3:00 or 3:30 I did what the lady told me to do and dropped off the key after I filled the truck back up but I didn't get a message on my phone until after 5:30 telling me I was supposed to take pictures of the truck and send them I don't know how to do that number one and I had to drive back into town to take pictures I still don't know how much I owe so as far as pick up and drop off I would give you a two.JERRI K.

Got the u haul & the next day it messed up I was on the side the road for 2hours trying to get up with someone for help couldn't seem to get in touch after hours I get someone to get no help just a complaint to make so my dad end up fixing it & then I couldn't stop because of cutting it off I got charged extra money because I was late to return & it was full in gas because I couldn't stop without it cutting off on me so no I wouldn't want nobody going to ya for anything it's wrong & then 4 days later you send a message saying I own ya 108$Tanisha B.

Everything was good with the truck. There were two issues we experienced. First, we ordered a 24' truck and was only able to get a 15' truck when they called to confirm they could not provide the bigger truck. They reservation should not have been allowed with the selection of the larger truck if not available. They did reduce the mileage amount from 99Â¢ to 59Â¢ per mile. Second wanted to add an appliance dolly and one was sitting in the corner behind the counter and I was told they did not rent those for uhaul rentals.Ronald P.

I would suggest spraying the cab with fabreeze or something similar. There was a unpleasant Oder in the cab when we picked it up. This was no fails of the facility. Just a suggestion. We had a great rental experience!Katherine Z.

Storage Solutions in Lumberton is our "go to" location for short term moving needs. The equipment we rent from them is always clean and in top operating condition. The staff at this location are extremely helpful and make the whole process easy and convenient for our schedule. Highly recommend using Storage Solutions and their equipment for small/medium moving situations.DEANNA S.

I was very disappointed with this location. I was quoted one price and was charged a lot more. I was also charged for equipment I did not use from them and was charged a cleaning fee because of one fish hook that was found in the truck. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this experience and how bad it was!!!David W.

good truck, awful experience. Your computer system was down during the whole rental.My debit card couldn't be processed and I received calls after several attemts to process the card failed due to your system failure. I had to stop what I was doing and go to an ATM mach and deliver cash for the rental.It was a lousy experience.JERRY L.

My husband returned truck to this location. He works in customer service industry and while all went well, he was made to feel a little like a possible criminal while the lady inspected truck as if it was at a crime scene. His comment was he expected them to inspect truck but, not be made to feel like he shouldn't have rented it.DAVID O.

I wanted to rent the vehicle for a day that way I wouldn't be rushed and needed it for an entire day. I went to the location and they were out and no location near by had a single one. I had gotten home and got a phone call stating that if I could come get the vehicle and I had to have it back by 8:30am. I had to have it that day but I still got charged $113.01 and out of that a charge of $69.06 was charged and the millage was 77.3 and Ithink that is way to much for the millage rate. The only reason I said I wouldn't recomend this site is that they have a small selection of vehicles on site and their is no flat rate for a set time period.GLEN O.
I reserved a 17 foot truck and when I arrived at the location all they had was a 26 foot truck. I had reserved this truck 3 days beforehand. I was forced to get this truck because I couldn't just cancel my moving day due to their incompetence. Not only did they mess up my reservation, but I was forced to pay for their mistake. Instead of paying the 80 dollars that I agreed to with the smaller truck, I was forced to pay 165 dollars. I would not recommend this location or the Dawn Drive location.WHITNEY P.
I scheduled my truck online and followed up with a telephone call to this location the following day to confirm that the truck would be available Tuesday morning. Everything was in order until the day I was supposed to pick up the truck. Thirty minutes prior to my scheduled pick up time this location called and said my truck was not available and tried to transfer my appointment to another location that had a smaller truck. The truck I scheduled was the minimum size I could use, therefore a smaller truck would not work. It is unacceptable to learn that there is a problem with the truck I scheduled thirty minutes prior to my pick up time. After returning the truck I was telephoned two days later and was told that only ten moving pads were found in the truck - there were supposed to be twelve. I did not count the moving pads when they were giving to me and I only folded and left in the truck upon its return the amount I was given. I am not sure if I will give U-Haul a second chance as I have used this company numerous times in the past, but I will say that I will never use Storage Solutions in Lumberton, NC again. This situation was stressful as I had three other individuals helping me move who had taken time off of work and could only help me move on this day.SYDNEY S.

I just wonder if your trucks are serviced on regular basis and if so to what detail. The truck I had seemed to need brake adjustment. Stopped ok but seemed to grab some. Gas mileage was extremely bad but as I don't drive this type vehicle the 2.66mpg may be normal.Ronald T.
