Very poor service! I put over 3 gallons of gas back in the truck to return it on a 26 mile trip and still got charged 2 more gallons!!! RIP OFF!!! They told me â€œjust to put something back in it. No big dealâ€ I was on time to pick up the truck and no one was there in the office. I returned the truck and no one was there! Then I get ripped off on gas too! The link the gal gave me on the condition of the truck when I picked it up didn't work either. I told her about it and she said it doesn't work sometimes so I had no idea what the â€œcondition â€œ of the truck was. What a poor business model! Why should I use Uhaul again if I'm going to get ripped off??? Customer service was no help and just reenforced that I had to pay and could care less about my concerns. It's sad they are only concerned about money and not customer service. I was already dealing with a difficult situation. Thanks for making it worse!!Kevin L.

The appliance dolly that I rented was not put into the truck. I picked the truck up after hours so I was unable to reach anyone at the rental location. Not having the dolly for my move was very troublesome. I had to track down another dolly on my own which was too small for my job and made my move much more difficult. The delay of finding another dolly cause me to have to finish up after dark and take much longer then it should have.Sharlene L.
The gravel where the trailers are parked needs to be packed. The truck and trailer are a bit hard to maneuver when they sink into it.Michelle B.

My original was changed not only the size of truck but equipment, drop off location, I was told the fuel was between 1/4 and 3/8 but 1/4 was checked. I was asked to sign a release for insurance but I had signed up for Smartmove. I was told they didn't have equipment but still charged for equipment. I had to make many calls on this reservation when in all the other times I was able to do it all online.Kathryn M.
There was a chain fence strung accross road so I struggled to get the truck parked. I used the drop box and the next morning they tried to charge me a cleaning fee, late fee and didn't document my mileage correctly. The truck was clean and it was turned in on time. Uhaul customer service overturned the fees but it was a hassle. Stay away from this location and use another location around town.KATIE H.
