CHRISTY DRental was missing the furniture dolly I had requested. Couldn’t do anything about it because it was Sunday and the office was closed. This made my move painfully hard.
Tiago RI topped off the tank to full after I was only suppsoed to return it below 1/4 tank. You guys didn't even comp me for the gas, but you are sure as shit charging me for the miles! I'd like my $60+ back! Then you make it hard to request for it with a no reply email andyour guys are the shop are not helpful. Its not fair at all really! I gave you guys gas in that tank, so I should get it back! I retunred it with 3/4 tank over what was recommended! I even have a photo of the odometer and gas filled! $186 for a one day local trip is insane! I have paid $1500 for a cross country 1200 mile 8 day trip!

ASHLEY MCan hardly drive down the hugely steep and washed out gravel/dirt road. Absolutely horrible. The owner hooked the trailer in a yard space that is so narrow that it took me several (like 10) minutes back and forths to be able to steer out of the parked position without hitting the large Uhaul trucks parked across the isle. The dude just drove away quickly (raced out of there) leaving me stuck in that bind. Also, the trailer he gave me was filthy inside. I then returned the trailer all swept out and in pristine condition at your Big Bear Hotel location Cody, WY only to find out to my surprise several days later that the guy running that operation charged me a $15.60 cleaning fee claiming the exterior had salt film on it even though none of the States or roadways that I drove on use salt to de-ice the road surface (that info is well known and published by each state, TX, CO, & WY). Therefore, I demand Uhaul refund to me the $15.60 cleaning charge to my credit card. Okay, Jake from the Cody location just called to inform me that he’s credited my card back the $15.60, so hopefully that takes care of that issue. Next time, I’ll be sure to pick up my Austin TX trailer from the Spicewood location which is in far better shape and IMO far better maintained and operated.
NEIL MThe roll up door was very balky on pull down. Took some real effort to pull it down to close and lock.

RICHARD SWhen I took truck back to site I was asked to drive truck back to back lot about 150 yards away. And then walk back to office for checkout. Pretty sloppy procedure. Office should check n the truck and drive it back not the customer.

LYNETTE ROvercharged me for a dozen packing blankets. I only ordered & received six, 6. Also tried to rent another vehicle for weekend of January 11th. Rep called me to ask me to pickup vehicle Friday because location on Rt. 290 not open Saturday. Had vehicle reserved for Sat./Sun. Could not use vehicle Friday. Had to cancel and reserved with Penske. Very poor customer service.
MICHAEL RThe location was fine; the experience was not. I reserved a 20’ truck, 18 blankets, and a dolly several weeks before pick-up date. Upon arrival, U-Haul said they did not have the blankets or dolly. What? I can’t move without blankets or dolly. That’s like ordering a birthday cake in advance, and the day of the party, being told the cake was not ready. Not acceptable! U-Haul needs to change their logistics software to have in place what was reserved. No excuses for that situation.

SANFORD BU-Haul neglected to include the dolly and furniture pads that were included in our original order. When we mentioned this U-Haul denied it and claimed they were never included which is false. The order was switched over from my name and phone number to my fiancees name and phone number which is likely when they improperly did not include the dolly we had originally ordered. This caused a lot of inconvenience and my fiance was injured as a result of having to lift large appliances with his own hands. Despite calling to try to get some kind of compensation for the immense inconvenience and physical harm this caused, U-Hauls employees made it vividly clear that we were not a priority. We will NEVER use U-Haul again and will tell everyone we can to avoid them at all costs.

COLIN TDifficult to find vehicle. Instructions said equip was on 2nd Level, but there is no 2nd level. I eventually realized there were signs directing to the back side of the Suds Monkey restaurant building. Those signs were not immediately easy to spot, but once I did see them, I found the vehicle behind Suds Monkey. More obvious signage would be great. Cell reception in this area is not great, so the check-in process on the app was slow and ended up not letting me complete the photo uploads. Not the fault of the location mgmt, but still something to consider.
Montana FI still have not gotten an update on my bill and need someone to reach out to me. I was told my rental would be switched to the $19.99 rate since I brought it back to the same location and it bad not been! Do not go to this location, I have an outstanding bill I will not be paying as they still have the rental as $89.99 and I should not owe as much as they claim I do.

Christopher Dwould be helpful if there was a sign from the main road -- this is off 290 and next to a brewery, but I only saw the brewery's sign so I missed the turn.
JAMES SThe attendants at the pick up location were less than helpful about my reservation and told me to "call 1-800-UHAUL". They were clearly not customer focused and expressed the UHAUL rental was simply another source of income in their property portfolio. The fuel level of the first truck we picked up was 3/4 full (after they told us it was full), then the service engine light came on after approximately 20 miles. We exchanged it for another truck that had 1/3 tank of gas. The truck was minimally equipped, and was loud with a very rough ride. I've rented trucks from other providers that were of higher quality and the service was much better. I would not recommend UHAUL or this location.

EDWIN GI had reserved at another location but was told the day before pickup that the location did not even rent trailers. Had to go an hour each way out of my way to get the trailer.
Lloyd MNot at all impressed. I would never have a friend rent from there - especially a woman who would be dropping off a trailer by herself after hours. You have to go way back in a pasture to drop your trailer — past a bunch of junky old RVs and stuff.

Virginio MThis guy had me literally go on a 2 mile hike to find the truck by myself. I felt unsafe because there’s RVs on the property as well. I didn’t look like a Uhaul site that I’m accustomed to. The process was an inconvenience and not customer friendly.
Lawanda WI reserved the trailer online with a credit card. It was for 9 am. The *very* first thing from the young man at the desk was to tell me I'm 2 hours late and I'll be lucky if the trailer is still available. If you are going to take a credit card for a multi-day reservation, why would that reservation be at risk because I'm running a little late on the day I reserved it? AND, you left the pickup time at the original time, which means you did charge me for the time of my original reservation. It was just unnecessary to speak that way, especially when there was no actual issue with availability. I would expect better professionalism than was shown.
