My local UHaul place is great and I’ll use it again. UHaul as a company needs to be more upfront about costs. It shouldn't cost me $50 for one hour and one trip to take furniture to Goodwill. Stop advertising for the much less rate.

The guy was great and got me on my way quickly and easily. Very helpful. I was battling moving while dealing with an abscessed tooth (as luck would have it), the last thing I needed was friction. There was none. I was in and out with what I needed in a few minutes.

Only 2 people working. The supervisor told the other guy, who, by his own words was inexperienced, to check us in. All he did was say they would take a picture of the unit and email me that evening when checked in. They did not check it in until I contacted UHaul after getting an email prompting me to return 2 days after I had already done so. They were cordial.

Hard to find. It’s located on dirt road with no name and is impossible for GPS to locate. Also located far from road in gully behind trees so can’t visually locate it from Highway 290. Took over 45 mins to find from home address located 6 mins away. No one at office until 9 am. Had to call customer service twice for assistance in dropping truck off.
