I reserved the UHaul along with moving blankets, hand truck, and furniture dolly. None of those items were in the truck. That is not acceptable when a reservation was made and we counted on those items for the move. When we documented those were missing U-Haul still wanted to charge us for them. Also, the check in/out processes were very long…30-45 each. I will do anything to avoid renting a U-Haul again.
