My only issue was when I picked up they selected I would select my dropoff when I arrived at my destination, because the closest location (8 miles away) was not provided as an option. A location of 30 miles away was selected and I was able to call and get it changed. Not sure why it wouldn't automatically select the closest location.John W.

There was a last minute facility change that I was not made aware of until I showed up at the initial location only to be told I had to go somewhere else to pick up the trailer. I went by the initial location the day before and was told all was good and ready. I did get a call from uhaul the day before and the message was along the lines of just checking to see if everything was ok, but nothing about a pickup location change. Wanted to get an early start so was at the facility when they opened. When I got there, I had been taken out of their â€œsystemâ€. They couldn't see my reservation, and couldn't even tell me where the new pickup location was. It was a bad start to the day, and cost me valuable time. Pretty poor performance / execution by Uhaul.Gregory R.

Would have been nice for the location to provide specific instructions for drop-off after hours...as in should we leave the truck in the area in the back based on the signs, or at the front door next to the drop box. The property was clean and well maintained. Regardless, the online return went very well once we got started, and we do appreciate having this location so conveniently located. Good option!Kirk C.
Overall terrible service, turned the truck in the same day used for about 4 hours and I get a call 3 days later asking me when I was returning the uhaul. I gave the keys to the rep and he told me no dirties he will close it out. I was also told it was a 4 hour rental and I paid for the full day. I think I should get a refund for this false advertising.CASEY J.
Someone tried to steal the 5x8 trailer in Phoenix at a hotel - I read online that this happens to these trailers at hotels - it would be nice when you pick the trailer up there was guidance from U-Haul rep to put a lock on one set of tow chains - in this case they were unable to steal this trailer after they unhooked the chains and lights and unscrewed the tow ball cap because I had backed the trailer into a curb and put park break on and the pressure between trailer and tow hitch was too much for them to free the trailerSEAN M.

The cargo van that I rented was filthy - the seat had hay or hair all over them, there was dirt on the floors and trash (water bottles, wipes) in the passenger area. The van smelled like body odor and horses.STACIE F.

I couldn't log in to my profile to do the online check out. When I showed up to pick up the truck the clerk was a dick. I was unable to upload pictures of the truck to the online app and had to basically claim it was clean when picking it up when it was not. The site was the closest to me at the time, but it's basically a dirt junk yard and you've got to walk up a huge hill to get back to the front. I'm a disabled veteran, it wasn't ADA friendly whatsoever. I'm glad to not move for a while, but when I do, I'll use a different location.Cory M.
