Difficult to find vehicle. Instructions said equip was on 2nd Level, but there is no 2nd level. I eventually realized there were signs directing to the back side of the Suds Monkey restaurant building. Those signs were not immediately easy to spot, but once I did see them, I found the vehicle behind Suds Monkey. More obvious signage would be great. Cell reception in this area is not great, so the check-in process on the app was slow and ended up not letting me complete the photo uploads. Not the fault of the location mgmt, but still something to consider.

I still have not gotten an update on my bill and need someone to reach out to me. I was told my rental would be switched to the $19.99 rate since I brought it back to the same location and it bad not been! Do not go to this location, I have an outstanding bill I will not be paying as they still have the rental as $89.99 and I should not owe as much as they claim I do.
