Lisa DMake sure the truck has a full tank of gas. A quarter tank is ridiculous when you’re heading out for a big move.
CHEVELLE TIt would be nice to have all trucks with a full tank upon departure of the lot. It's always tough to begin your trip gasing up. It is difficult to gauge and it increases the possibility of returning with too much gas.

eric mAlthough the staff was friendly, this location charged me extra for gas even though I returned the vehicle at 1/2 gas levels (the truck was at 3/8 when picked-up). Lesson learned to take photos of the gas levels.

She is always going out of her way too make the storefront look nice. This last visit sure was decorating and making goodie bags. She is a valuable employee and I sincerely hope she’s appreciated 🌹

JOI PI would not recommend U haul to anyone. The fact that I cannot take a can across the Nevada to California border is ridiculous and designed to force me in to a larger, more expensive vehicle.
JOHN DI wish more people were old school like Sue. Her customer service is beyond five star. She loves people and she loves serving. Not to mention her trucks are spotless.

KELLY BThe front desk lady wasn’t the most welcoming. I felt like I was a bother the moment I walked in. I also said no to insurance on my online reservation and was charged for insurance without notice. Just asked how many miles I was driving and given a total to sign. I would much rather places be upfront about extra charges than get you to sign and notice it after the fact. Truck was clean, pick up/drop off was simple, just don’t like unnecessary additional charges without notice :/

The woman at the drop off facilitywas very sympathetic when she learned what it happened. Especially when she learned that I damaged my car just because I had to make a second trip to return the truck. In the future, I will use another company who can fill out the paperwork correctly, the first time

Janusz KWas charged for 2 gallons of gas. I left the location at "9/16ths" or just over half a tank. Returned it at just over half a tank (I have a picture). Whoever checked it in said I returned it with only "1/2". Not very cool, would not use this location again.
