I reserved the truck 2 months in advance Reserved a 15 FT truck I immediately received a confirmation email stating The 15 FT truck had been reserved for the 31st pick at 10 AM.. On the 30th (day before pickup) I got a phone call from a woman at Uhaul who i had SO much trouble undterstanding; her accent was so thick.. She told me they could not provide a 15 FT truck I would have to take s 20 FT. And pickup time had been changed ftom 10 AM to 17:00 PM That i should have reserved it sooner, last minute bookings they try to accommodate but the UHAUL Planners did there best!! 2 Months in advance is hardly last minute.... Last minute would be the day before, being told I couldn't get the truck I reserved for the time I needed in the morning to 17:30 PM Her response to me saying 17:30 pickup will cause allot of hardship on me (which it did) Her response was, I can cancel your booking you have a choice to accept or not to accept - which is it?. I thought doing that to me was really dirty And believe it was changed because I wouldn't pull a trailer... I was sent a text asking me to pull a trailer to a place close to my destination I was going... I declined as it would be too inconvenient when it came to loading and unloading the truck, and parking for the night at a hotel would be difficult. So I believe my reservation made 2 months in advance was changed by Uhaul for punishment.. Very poor Customer Service Uhaul...Very poor! I declined as it

The manager Glen is extremely rude and arrogant there. He did not even go out to the trailer with us and told me to take pictures of there was any concerns. He didn’t know what size ball the hitch used and wouldn’t even come out to look. Very rude person. Wanted to charge me a deposit as he said we hadn’t used uhaul before and yet this was our fourth time using them.

My cell died and I waited 45 minutes on a slow charger to download my driver’s license . I then borrowed their phone and called U-Haul management. Then he said oh ok I’ll do it with my camera. Hang up. After that he said here’s where your trailer is go hook up yourself. I have only one leg. Every other dealer helps hook it up and takes a picture. I could tell you about another customer that was there at the same time. They made him hook up his trailer to a 20’ truck he rented. He cancelled the trailer and they told him to unhook it himself. The poor new Canadian could hardly speak English. Terrible customer service. I won’t return to that location!
