Amazing location and amazing staff and equipment
Jay RYou placed a hold on my card and then charged my card, so there were two transactions on my card. You need to fix this.

Blaine JEnsure when customers complete request online they are able to go in a pick keys up as said online skip line and grab keys. We were told to wait and informed it's no as easy as online states. However it was just that easy if we were listened to in the first place.
LUISANA KI wasn't sure where to leave the vehicle for the self drop off, so I guessed. If there was a sign with instructions, it could help do away with any potential confusion.

KIM PThe office blended in with the background to where we didn't see it when we arrived. Fortunately, the manager (?) saw us leave on the camera, and called me on the phone to come on back so he could help us. Everything went smoothly after that. But when we tried to check in over the phone, Jenna decided she didn't want to stay on the phone with me to help me check in online and kept putting me on mute and eventually hung up on me.

Aaliyah GThe truck floor was not cleaned prior to drive off from the property; there was a sticky sauce/substance on the floor that my movers and I cleaned up that could have ended up on boxes and furniture and customers’ shoes and houses. The newer cab was appreciated by driver and passenger. I am still thankful to U-Haul for usage of truck and reservation staff for overseeing the reservation process for customers.
Adele AUHaul customer service was HORRIBLE. My Leander, TX reservation didn’t happen because they didn’t have my truck ready on time and didn’t call me to tell me that until 10 mins before my reservation. Then I was sent to the Round Rock location which took over an hour to get to and another hour to reserve from a lock box location. When I called customer service asking if I could return the truck to the Leander location where I should’ve had my reservation in the first place they said yes absolutely. Once I got to the location I gave the man my keys and he said BYE and I was good to go. 1 entire hour later after returning the truck customer service calls me back and yells at me to return the truck to the Round Rock location after they already told me (and the front desk clerk) told me it was totally fine to drop it off at the Leander location. Piss poor customer service all the way around. I will NEVER recommend U-Haul and I am never using this company again. You’ve lost so many customers by treating them like absolute shit and screwing up reservations left and right. This company needs a huge customer service professional development training to learn how to treat people with respect and get your facts straight before yelling at paying customers and inconveniencing them.
Heather HStop switching our reservations to non uhaul locations!!! All of this could’ve been prevented had my original reservation remained the SAME! This location was of no help, truck was dirty.
