The guys at the Palm Valley location really helped me out making sure I got the best rate on my rental. I had been using another location, but because of how great the team at the Palm Valley location are I'll be going to them from now on. Thanks!

Friendly, clean and quick to action. I wish I could remember the names. I know she was new and asked the manager to help and they both were awesome. Fast also Let my 3 year old grandson son watch there every move and was so professional with him. Great job

Friendly staff, convenient location for my purposes, good selection of equipment. About to do my third rental of the year with this location (and I've never rented a UHaul before this year!).

The pickup service outside of office hours was a nightmare. Need to be able to do a lot of that stuff before you get to the site. I most likely would not use that service again, but loved the location and would rent there during normal office hours.

Computer glitch that day prevented us from paying cash. Did NOT want to pay by credit card, but had to borrow one from a family member. Took more than 3 hours to rent a trailer due to computer issues. Store owner says no one at the corporate office cares whenever they complain about computer issues. U-Haul should work this out.

I don't know, how can you improve on high quality service?

The staff at this U-Haul knows their business. Check in went smooth and professional. Trailer hookup was done and safety cautions were covered. I felt safe dealing with this U-Haul location and will recommend it to anyone needing trucks or trailers.

The guy at the counter was great. Great customer service. Unfortunately the box of the truck has multiple leaks. My furniture got wet.

After I ordered online and selected my favorite location, the pick up location changed. This must have been because the location did not have what I needed in stock, but I wish there was a better way for uhaul to choose a location right for the customer. For example, I am up in Round Rock moving from Austin, and the RR location did not have what I needed so it diverted me to a Georgetown location instead of something actually on the way. I feel like entering in your destination would help uhaul get a better feel for what the customer will need. Also, when I got to my "preferred location" (the location off 110, limmer loop location up in Round Rock), the manager was not at the location and seemed to be too busy to come by. He said he did not have anything in stock, but there were about 10 trailers in the back. After that he asked if there was anyone with us that knew how to hook up a trailer. That is a very dangerous thing to have the customer try to hook up themselves and to drive off without any paperwork. Other than that, the location I ended up at was actually on the way and the workers were really nice and helpful.

This is not about the locations... I had a horrible u-haul experience. I was only given 30 miles and had an extra 10 or 20 added on because I had to go to a different location to get my truck, then my boxes and packing materials. The entire trip I needed to travel was ~170 miles. I've rented many u-hauls in the past and never had an issue with having 150 miles as my "default" mileage. I called customer service, and the lady on the line was wonderful and tried her best to help me with my issue but told me she was yelled at by the person she asked for help. I felt like I would be getting someone else in trouble had I needed to call back, so I just kept my 50 miles and paid for the mileage.

The truck was clean, pick up and drop off went well, but the transmission on the truck was very bad. It was scary a few times trying to put the truck in reverse. It wouldn't go from drive to reverse. We had to put it in park and then reverse.
