Nancy DWhen I needed to rent a truck it was an emergency situation(family issue). I had multiple credit cards available to me but no single card to take the entire rental and my plan was to split the payment over four different cards. Instead I was only allowed to use two cards max and only by bypassing the additional insurance offered was I able to get the rental. I would suggest being allowed in the future to use more than the two cards. At least for myself it was an emergency and I needed the truck but thankfully I did not need the additional insurance.
JAMES LWhen I dropped off the vehicle the app didn’t work. Since it was 1:30am I needed to call u-haul next day to complete the drop off. I was asked to email a picture of the vehicle. I sent it along with 2 pictures of the dashboard - at the time of pickup and at the time of drop off. In a few hours I received the receipt that included more miles than I put on it and it also included 4 gallons of gas despite I filled it up and the gas level on both pictures, that I emailed to you, was absolutely same. So, I needed to call u-haul again. The problem was fixed and I was told that I will receive a refund but I spent too much time and it broken my trust. Since now I will need to check every single receipt. Disappointed. Thank you, Igor

MICHAEL AHave posted hours when dropping off a vehicle BEFORE the customer arrives. Have an updated system with either QR codes or barcodes that ACTUALLY WORK. Have an actual parking lot capable of handling the trucks provided. Have parking spots large enough for average people to park these large trucks. Try being open on Mondays!

Gary CThe employee that was working was very short when asked questions. The truck wasn't even clean when I picked it up and there was broken rails that damaged my property. There was trash left on the dolly that was used by previous renters.

JEAN LThere were issues with the actual uhaul site which I understand is no one’s fault but while I was there they were calling out all my personal info with others in the room, my address, drivers license number, phone number military information and even took a pic of my debit card and sent it to the manager without asking me first. I then asked why they did that and this was after I saw her do it because she didn’t ask me first. I got both their names and told them how this isn’t ok and it’s not professional. I wouldn’t recommend this location
Bria WI wasn't informed I'd receive a text to inspect the vehicle. I don't use my phone when driving, so when I got home and checked my messages, pressed the link but it had expired. Would have been nice to have had a heads up.

Gordon GI want to highly commend Raylyn the UHaul representative at Storage Plus in Boise for her professionalism in helping to address our concerns regarding the condition of our rental truck. She was appalled at its condition and understood that our trip with it was scary to say the least. I respectfully request that inquiries be made with Raylyn in resolving our issues with our business with UHaul and our trip. We ask that a refund of the full amount be forthcoming. Wayne FAbsolutely fantastic! The best service for renting a U-Haul. The facilities were spotless and the staff were excellent and easy to work with. I would change nothing.
CHARLES GThere is no parking and it’s not known until you get there so I had to go all the way back home and get a ride back to get the UhAul. Then the app didn’t work so I had to wait for an attendant and she had to call uhaul and give them all the information I gave when I reserved the truck and it took uhaul rep forever. The lady behind that desk was great. Every thing else was lame.

Jaime LWhen I made this reservation, it said NOTHING about this location being closed and I received ZERO information on how to pickup my rental. The email I was supposed to get with the code for the key kiosk I NEVER RECEIVED.
Joshua GThe final amount i was charged was incorrect. I contacted the rental site. They agreed that there was a mistake. stated they would work on it. one week later i went to the office. Again i was told the mistake would be corrected. nothing has happened. I have called. left messages. with no results. The location was inviting and well maintained. The equipment was good. The customer service and accuracy is very poor.

Scott OI was charged for SafeMove insurance, although I clearly declined it when reserving the truck. The afternoon after I returned the truck, I immediately called the rental place. She said, "oh, I thought I asked you about insurance, and you said yes." This was completely untrue. She said she called U-Haul corporate, and they would issue a refund for the SafeMove portion. I decided to email U-Haul corporate as a double-check. I was told by Gavin Rivera by email on 9/13 that the refund had been processed and would show up in 3-5 business days. Today is 9/25, and still no refund. I asked Gavin what was going on. He said essentially that it was my bank's problem (???). He sent me a refund receipt (with a 9/25 approval date... not a 9/13 approval date mind you), so now that he actually issued a refund after I called him out on it, I'm sure I will get it. I worked in business for 25 years, and I am not naive. This is no way to conduct business! I will never use U-Haul again.

Karen DThis location was excellent and the person manning the counter went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. I had ordered a queen mattress cover with my online purchase and apparently that meant I had to pick it up at a different location... In the end the person behind the counter gave me the mattress cover from their stock so I didn't have to go. I will say separate from this location, I had reserved a truck for 4 hrs from another spot but the day of at like 5 am the reservation was changed to two hours and I did not appreciate the sudden change that would not work for my move

RON KThe location itself was fine. The way the van was parked could’ve been different since it was a little tight getting out. The website and the app made it nearly impossible to do the check in. I’d get close to being done and the app would stop working. Or the website wouldn’t let me continue. It took me 45 minutes to finally get checked in. I know that is not related to the location. But wanted to mention it.

Dardy PExtremely dirty inside & out. No windshield washer fluid , could barely see out of windshield. Had a dent on the drivers side;had to call manager to dispute being responsible. Brought back within hours of renting;still charged for l days rental. NEVER again will I deal here!

Lacey CCustomer service sucks. Both for Uhaul and their storage facility. Had I known this was the uhaul location I had previously had a bad experience with at the storage facilty, I would have selected another location. Vehicle FELT USED UP, sounded like it had a vacuum leak. But it drove well, brakes felt squishy. But it got me to my destination.
