This is the dumbest app and after hours pick up imaginable. It took me 30 minutes for me to get access to my reservation through the app. I just got stuck in a loop on the app. The how to video didn’t exist. It was very frustrating. The floor was dirty and the check engine light was on. Truck wouldn’t fin reverse either. It was a very sensitive shifter. Kept going back in between P and N.
