The customer service representative at this location was extremely rude, and her way of speaking was very unprofessional. There was absolutely no politeness or courtesy in her communication. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be returning to this U-Haul location.

Very poor service from the U-Haul side. The recipet and fare was totally unfair. Charged for 2 days just for using 2 hours. When I filed a dispute, the reply was even too cold. Won't be acceptable.
