I’m a little late leaving this review, but I wanted to make sure it was shared. The customer service at this U‑Haul location was excellent. Janet helped us with our rental, and the entire checkout process was seamless. We had an issue with the lock we purchased, no fault of her own, and she was quick to offer us a lock of her own. We greatly appreciated everything she did for us. She made everything quick and easy. Thank you, Janet.

the lot was open but there was no one there.
Randolph PDrop-off in Sunday was a nightmare! You were closed & required pictures that I took & didn't know how to send. Probably took us about 1 hr & not sure that closed.i called uhaul and even person on the phone had difficulty. I am a senior used to working with humans, not technology stuff. Please provide a direct help line for others like me!!! Thanks
