Make sure the u-haul doesn't have holes because some of my things got wet up and messed up

Truck that I rented in Jesup, GA had a broken lock on the rear door, so I called customer support to get a new truck. I was sent to this location in Ludowici with a pickup reservation time set at 9:15AM, but this location was not scheduled to open until 10:30AM. The location manager drove over 45 minutes from her home as soon as she got the call that I needed assistance. Very friendly and professional. She reviewed all the documentation thoroughly, then walk me to the truck to show me that the truck was clean. Overall amazing service, went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. 10/10.

I began receiving calls from them the day before my arrival. They assisted in renting a storage unit, and advised me I over paid for the truck and rental that their were multiple discounts I was eligible for. In the future, I will tend to deal directly with the rental personnel rather than your website.

This is the BEST place to get a uhaul, Amazing customer service, she always goes above and beyond. highly recommend if you need a uhaul go there you will not be disappointed, and if she doesn't have what you need she will find you one. i use this location every time. if i am out of state i still call her cause she always goes above and beyond to find me one.

I was terribly disappointed. I trusted the facility with my belongings for nearly 3 years. When I returned to get my things, there was definitely evidence of rodents as well as spiders. My belongings were covered in rat droppings and bugs. Most had rat bites with chunks of material missing. I was devastated!
