Uhaul app had too many glitches/issues during use. Wouldn’t allow me to get a code for the padlock. Had to use chat service to retain code. Agent was super helpful although an hour had already passed trying to figure out why the app wouldn’t allow me to upload license. Also, truck was not as clean. Clumps Of mud and leaves were visible when I received it.
