At drop off there was no Uhaul signage, no drop box and no one was staffing it when the website says open. We finally found a secondary number after having to take pictures of the truck in the rain and they said to leave the key under the seat. What a joke of a company.

Edward MPerhaps have a drop box for the renter to drop of the keys to the rented U-Haul if the office is not going to be open at the time that the rental is due back. Very frustrating.
